The Rocky Mountain Waterproofing team were amazing to work with. We had a leak pop up out of nowhere in our basement that only leaked when we got a heavy rain so it took us a couple of weeks to figure out exactly where it was coming from.
Once I determined that it was coming from a small hole in the foundation we called RMWP and they took their time to give me some ideas on things I could do myself to temporarily fix it until they could permanently fix the leak.
They came and applied an injectable fix from the inside of the house, and even applied some tar and expanding foam repair on the outside of the house. It was sealed solid! I have slept much better since they came out to repair it.
Additionally their pricing was very reasonable. I had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised with the quote I was given. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Waterproofing to anyone!

Pretty much the kind of service you'd expect. We were really impressed with the product too! We had our foundation sprayed with their special rubberized membrane and covered with a fabric wrapped drainage mat they have with a fabric wrapped drain at the base of the foundation footing.

The only thing that wasn't so impressive was that they didn't bother to seal the top of the mat, which was cut open to size it for the height of the foundation (which drops as it goes toward the back of the home). This meant we had to seal it on our own to keep dirt from literally just falling directly into the fabric wrapped drainage mat. Kinda would have defeated the purpose.

Still - great experience overall, and they were very helpful answering questions and so forth. Would absolutely recommend them first.

I called RMW to come seal up a sewer manhole that was leaking water into the manhole. They told me they were two and a half weeks out, so 3 weeks came and went. So I called them back asking them where they were they gave me an excuse about some scheduling issue. I ask them to put me back on the schedule they said it would be another two and a half weeks, when they get out here at they say that they're not qualified to do sewer manholes. Then when they see the one-star review he calls me and asked me to change it.
