Greg and his team have done so much for my family. Installed sprinklers, even came back to optimize them, installed bubble rock water feature, always does a great job mowing and edging, weeding, designed landscaping with flowers, shrubs, trees etc. Can’t say enough good about Greg and team! I was referred to these guys. Greg and his team installed new sprinklers / drip lines for us in our home and did a bang up job at a competitive cost. They were responsive, on time, addressed follow ups items in a timely manner, and gave us a stress free experience. They also do our sprint/fall services to winterize and get going each year which is also a smooth process.

Really bummed with the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for my time from this company. Originally scheduled 10am 5/7 for a landscaping consultation, they call 30 mins before and say can we move to 12pm, ok not a problem. 5 mins before 12pm, they say they have an emergency and can’t come. Ok, once again, not a problem, things happen. Where I’m bugged is we rescheduled for 9am 5/8 and at 9:15am I message asking if they’re coming, as I rearranged my work day for this consultation (for the second day in a row). It’s now 12:30pm and they completely no showed, and haven’t responded to me or reached out about their lack of showing up. Don’t waste your time with them like they did with me.

They did beautiful work, it looks great. The biggest complaint that I have is that it took about twice as long as they expected.

Horrible customer service. Finally got out to the job and installation was not great. Could not get them out here again to fix the issues or stand by their warranty they offered. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Brigham and the Olympus team did an outstanding job. From the first interaction they were on time and eager. While not the cheapest bid we received we went with them because they listened to what we were trying to accomplish and simply nailed the design. The bid was detailed and accurate, they never once came back asking for additional funds to complete the job. The quality of work was better than we expected, they have an attention to detail that is not common in the industry. I have no doubt that the patio and landscaping they installed will last for decades. Highly recommended, a company that I will eagerly work with again.

We had a good start with Olympus on a front patio and walkway paver job. But, just as we got to the final stages of picking up product and color choices, we hit a wall with their communication and follow-through. A first apology and promise from them to do better, was followed only a few days later by a worse occurrence - I left work early 2 days in a row to meet them at home - no one showed up. A quick cancellation text from them would have easily deflated the situation. We then suggested to them to have the owner reach out to us to help reset our waning trust moving forward with the project. Sadly, the owner, via the bid estimator, answered something to the tune of: it is now best for you to look elsewhere. Mind you this happened after we gave them a verbal "deal" on the project bid. It was an unfortunate resolution since we tried in good faith to do business with them.

Great experience with these guys. They were fast, professional, and got the job done well. Very happy with our front lawn!

I don’t know if Olympus doesn’t want anymore business at the moment or is maybe so busy they’re overwhelmed but here is my experience with them June-August. I called and was told I would receive a call back to get a day set up for a quote and never got that (not a big deal, things slip through cracks and we’re all human). Then I called again to was able to set up a time and no one showed up at our appointment to talk about the project and get quoted- no notice, no communication, no follow up after-the-fact. I called to let them know that no one was able to make our appointment, rescheduled it. The second appointment there was an insane hail storm and I reached out 30 minutes prior to our apt. to see if they would be rescheduling and they said yes, no one would be coming in this weather. This time was understandable but no one was going to let me know?? The third appointment rolls around and once again, no one showed up- NO notice or communication. On top of confirming appointments over the phone with the office I also received texts asking me to confirm prior to the scheduled times which I did. 🙄 Asking potential customers to double confirm and then no show with zero communication?? No call back initially, 3 no call/no show appointments, and I had to initiate every interaction… yikes. The office gal was very nice and polite whenever I spoke with her. I’ve never been offered an explanation or had anyone call concerned to reschedule or follow up. Their other reviews are fantastic and their photos of the work looks excellent, I’m not sure what went wrong here but we have moved on and won’t be asking Olympus for help again.

Olympus Landscaping does my spring and fall yard maintenance. I have used them for the last few years. I cannot be any happier with the way they have taken care of me as a customer, the employees are very professional, and they do a very thorough job to prepare my yard for the seasons. I would recommend Olympus to one of my close friends or family members. I would not use anyone else. Thank you for all you do.
