I’ve used Top-Grade Roofing on several projects recently and have been impressed with their responsiveness. Most importantly, they come when they say they will. Their installers have attention to detail and I’ve referred them to multiple people. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing contractor.

We have been completely impressed with the quality, attention to detail and response that we’ve received. Not only did they do a great job with the shingles but the metal sections of our roof turned out great too. What really set these guys apart for me was when we needed help. One of our subcontractors damaged sections of our roof after installation with spilled paint and they decided to rub all of the asphalt off of the shingles as their way of a repair. They also left nail holes without filling them with tar to prevent water damage. Luis came down and replaced all of the damaged shingles and filled the nail holes with tar. They were completely reasonable with the cost and we can feel better knowing everything was taken care of. Give these guys your business.

Quality materials that last over 25 years. Installed with professionals who did an amazing job. My roof had a bunch of issues and got replaced with no issues, even the extra mile fixing wood that was really bad. (Unseen till after removing 2 layers)

I recently had Top Grade Roofing fix a leak and was extremely pleased. The crew was fast, professional and communicated every step, and the price was very fair. Great workmanship, clear communication and a free roof estimate made the whole process easy – I would definitely use them again for any roof replacement. We also use them on all of our home builds we do and have been extremely happy with their work! They even paint the plumbing flues and vents to match the roof!

The absolute worst cusomer service I've ever had at any Home Depot.

Returns staff aren’t very helpful in clarifying questions. And I think ever since they’ve switched to their new system it’s only gotten worst. Lowe’s is only 2 minutes further of a drive for me, so I’ll be going there instead

While the customer service agents that work behind the desks are nice and know what they're talking about, I have had two bad experiences while trying to get work done on my kitchen.

First time - I needed new counter tops put in my kitchen. I got an estimate and then received a call from the installer to get it installed. After putting in the counter tops (minus the curved backsplash) he tells me that he can't do the backsplash and that it's be over $150 to add it in. He convinced me to leave it out because it wasn't in the original estimate and I didn't have the extra money.

Second time - I decided to have the counter top backsplash part put in. I was told that there is a project minimum price and that they would charge me more than it's worth to get the thing added. I am selling the home so although I was frustrated, I agreed. I waited and waited to get a phone call. I never received one.

Either this Home Depot dropped the ball this 2nd time or the installer that they used screwed up twice. Either way, don't trust doing business here for something as important as your kitchen or bathroom in your home.
