Picked a couple of plants and pots, and I was also wanting to get another larger pot. The shelf was empty, but there was a full box in top stock, and no one around to assist.

Had a great experience thanks to Esperanza. I am 8 months pregnant so she helped me load into my cart and then into my car. She also helped me pick out the right items so I ended up buying more. Wonderful customer service, give this woman a raise!

They had what I needed and there's staff is helpful and friendly.

WHAT A JOKE. We sat in two different department for 25 minutes each without a bit of help. We asked 3 people for help with doors and appliances and was told that they would find someone to help. No one ever came. We finally just left without buying a thing.

Your handicap scooter out of juice when we went, but the part of it was my sister was with me she was using a walker the employee was not very helpful when she was asking for help he showed her here to go on the bottom she can't bend down to get because her back is out from being broken he left her to stranded when she asked for help.

I lost my dog in the parking lot. I didn't have anything I needed at Lowe's but I needed their help to find my dog. They took down my name and my phone number and staff began to look around to see if they could help me. I later found out that someone took my dog and put them in their car and took him to the shelter. In the meantime I greatly appreciate everything Lowes did for me. I also purchased all my beautiful flowers for the front yard there. They have a beautiful assortment and great prices. I'll always shop at that Lowe's because of how they treated me when I needed help.

Aaron was great at communication; the process was quite easy. I started with submitting a form online, at night Aaron sent me a text message, confirmed some details. He said he could swing by while I was at work to get a proper quote for removing my tree.

Aaron then gave me a quote and did the scheduling on the weekend. Confirmed a time and he came out in the window he said and worked up to the time he estimated.

In my conversation with Aaron he told me about his background with tree's. He is quite experienced in taking them down. As well as pruning them and meeting all the standards you should do to do it safely.

His price was fair, he was honest, hardworking and committed to doing excellent work and making the client happy. As a matter of fact, Aaron equally felt bad about needing to cut my tree down. But he agreed after inspecting it, was doomed.

I would not hesitate to use him again for tree removal or pruning back my trees and helping me keep them healthy.

Aaron and his sidekick (sorry I can't remember your name(maybe Ben) came out. I had 3 trees that have needed trimming for a very long time. It took about 3 hours, they cleaned up after, and the trees now look great and are not brushing up against my house or hanging over the neighbors yard.

The tree work done was excellent. They were on time, worked hard, Aaron made some suggestions about pruning and what might help an ailing tree. Best of all my huge catalpa that had loads of damage and was droopy and sad from a violent storm, perked up two days later and is now beautiful! Don't ever get rid of a tree if you can save it!
