We worked with Brothers Property to renovate my whole backyard and partial front yard. They quoted with good price compared to other companies and did a great job. The work was completed a lot quicker than we anticipated. They are always willing to improve or fix anything that we requested. I don’t have anything to complain and will work with them on more landscaping projects in the future.

I just got my whole backyard redone by Brothers Property Landscaping, Mike, his brother, and their team did an amazing job! I supplied designs for this job but they followed them to the inch and everything turned out perfect! Mike was very punctual with the job and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. the turf and cement turned out great and the drip system is working as it should. their attention to detail and craft are better then most landscapers i've come across. They even came back to help me fix my sprinkler system main valve in the front as the old home owners didn't have a reducer on the system. Overall it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend Brothers Property Landscaping for any yard projects you have!

Mike and his brothers and his team did an amazing job on our backyard! They xeriscaped it to meet Utah Water Savers standards, and for a great price! They removed the sod, leveled the ground, redid our sprinklers for the grass area, installed metal edging, installed heavy duty black weed paper (NOT the cheap stuff), installed flagstone pavers, planted water friendly plants, installed drip irrigation and a pressure regulating filter, and put in mulch. We already had Utah Water Savers come and we passed, so we'll get the $3/sq ft to help cover the cost of the project.

Mike was very responsive and trustworthy. Very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Brothers landscaping did a great job on my backyard! From sprinklers to sod to concrete. They did it all. They were fast and easy to work with. They always let us know what was happening each day. I would recommend for any landscaping needs!

Mike was awesome to work with. We redid our small backyard and somehow managed to fit in the things we wanted:
A cement pad basketball area, 3ft tall garden boxes, a cement area for a seasonal above ground pool or seating area and enough grass to play four square volleyball. And not pictured is also a dog potty area with rocks on the side of the house and an expanded driveway in the front. Mike was very patient with me and me changing and adding to the project. He and his awesome crew did such a fantastic professional job. They leveled our lawn into 2 sections for us, took out the existing retaining wall/flower bed that the dogs loved to dig in. Built a new retaining wall against the fence and dividing the basketball area from the patio and grass area and garden. Poured cement for the basketball area and assembled and installed the basketball hoop and the tall poles and the netting to keep the balls from going into our neighbors yards. Took down our patio roof (it blocked the light and made our house too dark, and took up way too much of the yard), cut the existing red stamped cement to be curvy and give us more lawn. Poured and stamped more red cement up the side for where the above ground pool goes/ and seating. Laid new sprinklers and new sod, ran water to the garden boxes to be on a timer. Helped us with getting the timing down for the sprinklers. Also laid down cement blocks to make a level floor for our tall new small shed on the side of our house. Seriously Mike and his crew were always so so kind, polite and SO HARD WORKING! They obviously take pride in their work and do their very best. They were easy to communicate with and truly wanted us happy with our new backyard! Oh and they also poured more cement to expand our driveway since our oldest was turning 16. I highly recommend Mike and his fabulous crew! Great fair pricing, awesome communication, kind and hard working and honest.

I have worked with JB Lawn Works for years and they have been awesome. If there is an issue, I tell them about it and they fix it, no excuses, they just fix it. I highly recommend them for your property maintenance needs.

JB Lawn put in some main water lines for my sprinkler system and some landscape rock.. Work was great. I have a leaking Back Flow Preventer and Valve box. Tried and Tried to contact Jonathon, I have texted him, Left him Voicemails since first of July 2021. He has ghosted me to do any kind of warranty work. Would I use them again ABSOLUTELY NOT.... do great work. More expensive than others but thought they would be better. But they are not...

Would strongly recommend not using this company. Had them do landscaping on my home in the front and back yards and the work wasnt terrible, but the service and followup is not great. Communication was fairly lacking on a number of occasions of what was going to be done and when it was going to be done. The original quote was a certain amount and when the job was finished, the final quote was well more than what had been communicated and the final invoice was not reflective of a number of things that had been done. Things were going to be lower as we made changes, those prices werent lowered and when whole sections that were not done from the original quote, they were left on the final invoice and said it would be around the same amount anyway, so there isnt reason to change it. Like, really?!

Now, the biggest reason I would not recommend this company, is that they promise that their work and products will be warrantied for an amount of time, but they dont. I had 2 sprinkler heads not working in spring and as a result part of my lawn was not getting water. I tried contacting them to come out to fix it and I got a hold of Jonathon one time and he said he would fix it and there wouldnt be a cost. He has since ghosted me without doing the work, wont respond to text or emails, and the bigger kicker is when you send a text and you can see that it was delivered and read, but then they dont respond. That is just so unprofessional. We are now 3 months down the road with me having tried to contact them and they wont respond. As a result of those two sprinkler heads not working and that lawn section not getting water, that section has started to die.

I essentially have had to contact another company to have them come out and fix it, which is just down right wrong when you are told they will fix it, cover the cost under warranty, and that they would take care of their customer and not leave them out to dry.

Jonathon is not the greatest communicator, doesnt follow up with what he says, doesnt do warranty work, and tries to sweet talk you or talk thinks up to get an effect. Stongly recommend using another company.

After having some bad experience with other companies we called JB for an estimate to fix the poor work done to our back yard. They were very flexible with the amount of work we could do in our budget, and even hauled away the mess left from the previous company. They were very responsive, and our backyard looks great. We have since added some projects, and they continue to work with us on our budget, and incrementally making changes to our backyard. We are looking forward to using them again in future projects.

BUYER BEWARE
Update 2024: Zero stars because the work absolutely does not hold up over time. If you use them, demand a mutually signed contract and hold them accountable.

Found several issues where they had to reinstall a fence after their worker ran into it with their equipment. The fence was literally on the verge of falling over before I pushed the pieces back together. Several cracks in our concrete wall have formed and align precisely where the fence post
bolts were installed (one of the posts is only standing up due to the other fence posts holding it upright). Wish I would have chosen any other company to do business with as they operated on a reactive level. I have already spent nearly $1,500 repairing all the irrigation issues and expect to have to pay more to get the concrete and fencing repaired. One irrigation contractor couldn't believe how they had put it together (using flex joint for a 1" main line??). The landscaping tarp they used is cheap, we already have numeroud weeds coming up through our rocks.

I'm rather unsure of their longterm aims as a business because this level of work is not sustainable or acceptable. I would be embarrassed if it was my company.

Old review:
I wish I could give two separate reviews, one for landscaping, one for sprinkler/irrigation. Landscaping is done well (despite some poor communication). Followed our design, offered good suggestions, and, overall, we are happy with that side of things. We actually use our yard now and feel it was a good value. I also think that part of our problem was employee-related and not the owner-operator.

Sprinkler/irrigation install is awful and overpriced and thus the two star review. Hire out your sprinkler/irrigation work. It will be cheaper and much less headache for the long-term.

I had irrigation professionals review my system this week to see if it needed any repairs. I had already found leaks at three joints and had to replace four emitters, so I thought it was a good idea to get it inspected. Within a minute of conducting a pressure test, the metal joint under the backflow preventer popped and started flooding the front. I will also note, during the construction phase, we had to tear out our basement due to an irrigation-related flood that had happened earlier that year and this was mentioned several times during the landscaping phase + install (not to mention they saw the remodel contractors). Had I not got this inspected it, it would have cost me thousands (again) in flood repairs.

The most aggravating part is that this is an emitter drip system with funny pipe, one of the easiest to install. The leaking joints just looked like they were hastily pushed together (only covered one ridge). Not that impressed, but I am happy it's not broken PVC.

Overall: Good landscaping work, but don't expect stellar communication. Also, pay attention to add-ons, require a signed bid and consider reevaluating at each phase. The two stars is for the cost of the irrigation system vs. the missed details that could have cost me a whole lot of money beyond what I already spent. Otherwise, it would have been a four star.

JB landscaping did my landscaping in 2024. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. JB gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. They were careful not to damage any existing structures and once they started the project they were on site everyday until it was completed. They up graded my drip system and cleaned up after they were done. The crew members were friendly and approachable. I would recommend them and use them for future projects.

I couldn't be happier with the work that JB Landscaping has done on my property. They installed a brand-new lawn that looks absolutely amazing — lush, even, and perfectly suited to my yard. The installation was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail.

Experts Landscaping LLC installed a full irrigation system and a paver patio at my property, and they did an outstanding job. The sprinkler system works perfectly, and the pavers look amazing with a very clean and professional finish. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done right. Great communication, fair pricing, and very reliable. I would definitely hire them again
