On a hot weekend morning, we found that our heater was malfunctioning right before a planned gathering. I reached out for help immediately and Joe, alongside another technician, arrived in under two hours. Regrettably, our nearly two-decade old system was beyond repair. However, the team didn't leave us high and dry. They returned in about half an hour with two portable heaters to help us through the weekend and ensure our event went off without a hitch! Then, first thing on the following workday, Russell, Arthur and another technician showed up to install a brand new heater. The customer service by the entire crew in West Valley City was remarkable.

Our initial experience with the furnace repair was not as expected due to some errors made by the first technician. However, the second technician who came from Thomas Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning displayed superior skill and rectified the issues quite efficiently. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction with the initial service, the manager was understanding and remedied the situation by issuing us a refund and dispatching a more accomplished technician, Russell, to rectify the issues. While we were initially frustrated, we appreciate that our feedback was taken into account and corrective measures were put in place. There was also an issue with the pricing of the capacitor, which seemed too high, but it was resolved with a refund due to the initial poor service. Subsequently, we encountered an issue with a noisy fan motor that seemed on the verge of breaking down. After contacting Thomas Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning, Damon, another proficient technician, arrived the following day and temporarily installed a new motor. His expertise was quite apparent. Considering the age of our unit, we decided it would be wiser to invest in a new air conditioning system rather than continue with repairs. We were not charged for the temporary fan motor as we decided to purchase a new AC and furnace. We were grateful for the discounted quotation and the financing options provided. We did wish for a same-day response as the heat without the AC was quite intense, but we understood that our call was made after working hours. Despite this, the overall experience was satisfactory and we appreciate the steps taken to rectify the initial hiccups.

They're incredibly responsive, willing to patiently answer my numerous inquiries, without any high-pressure sales tactics, and provide clear explanations of all available options. Taylor, Russell, and the rest of the hvac crew set up our new furnace, AC, humidifier, air filter, and air cleaner in our West Valley City home. They arrived promptly, conducted themselves professionally, were polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. Manuel even followed up the next day to ensure we were happy with their work, and let us know he'd be back when the seasons change to check we're still satisfied with our new AC. this crew comes highly recommended.
