My septic backed up because my sewer pipe was frozen underground. The boys at WPH got in there and got their hands dirty to get me cleared out within hours of calling. Excellent work, service, and transparency. Would recommend.

I called 2 weeks ago and set up an appointment for last Thursday - called morning of to confirm because it takes me 2 hours to get to the property - I drove there and no one showed up - called multiple times that day and since, and sent email - no one even bothered to reply.

Walker Plumbing installed a heat pump for us in 2024. It failed in early 2025, and they were quick to respond with warranty work. Since then however they have not answered the phone or returned calls as promised on message machine. Crickets. Still in business?

Called them on a Monday and left voice mail. They called me back the next morning and took all my info for the job. By Friday no response. I called and left a voice mail. By Wednesday still no response. Called again and left a voice mail. No response. Sent an email the following day. No respons and never heard from them again. If you don't need the work at least tell me so I can find someone else. Simply ghosted me.

I've used Walker Plumbing and Heating for several big projects and many smaller plumbing repairs at my business and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are prompt and professional, and give you a really good explanation of the work that they are going to do and the cost. Highly recommend their work on heat pump installation in particular.
