Great Short term rental cleaning service.

Alex does a great job cleaning. She is punctual, fast, thorough, and is real careful while she's working around, dusting etc..
Has a great personality plus her price is right...

Riverside cleaning is extremely professional and did an excellent job prepping my home as a new air bnb. Their attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently was impressive to say the least. Not to mention how personable and respectful they were. I will be recommending riverside cleaning to anyone I know in search of a truly terrific cleaning service.

I highly recommend this service. I have used Riverside Cleaning for several jobs and found them to be reliable and thorough. I was really pleased to get a quick response for scheduling each time. They are hard workers and efficient, and they show up on time! I hired them to do both a new house cleaning (before move in) and a house that needed extra care. In both cases, they completed the work in less time than I expected and definitely to my satisfaction.

Greg is very professional and was able to fit me into his schedule. He did a superb job on my ceilings and wall that I needed painted before putting my house on the market. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him.

They are ripping you off. $40 to take a dehumidifier? Chittenden solid waste charged $15.

Yet again, another week of casella damaging private property and, not informing their office. Drivers don’t care about your property, they just damage it. Casella doesn’t do ANYTHING properly. DO NOT USE THIE COMPANY!!

They took our recycling but not our garbage and now animals have gotten into it and shredded it all across our yard. They also leave the bins in the middle of road so our neighbors have to drive around it to get to their houses.
Also their website is awful and impossible to log into.
This is very frustrating.

Update: They have once again missed us for trash pick up. This is getting extremely frustrating. What exactly are we even paying for?

They have skipped picking up our trash multiple times. I called this past week to let them know they didn’t pick up our trash and they told me they would get last weeks load and this weeks load during this weeks pick up. They skipped this weeks pick up also. So not only do we have bags and bags of trash waiting to be picked up, and some that we didn’t even put out because it was already a lot (we have 5 kids at our house and multiple pets), but we also have trash all over our yard and the road from animals and wind! Very bad service.
