What a wonderful experience it was to have Charlie and crew redo our entry and front landscaping. Over and above pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. I would never recommend this company for any landscaping project because their customer service is atrocious! I have tried to work with this company for three years but the problem remains the same--they do not respond ina timely matter to the problems that arise after they have installed the plants. They say there is a one year guarantee on all plants they put in. Good luck getting them to replace the plants that die or are not thriving. I know at least three other dissatisfied customers with similar issues who will no longer use this company.
This is really a shame because the design ideas and the folks that install the plants are first rate. Hire them at your own risk, though, because the management is not their word.

Distinctive Landscaping is a great company. Easy to work with, puctual and responsive to my requests and concerns. They did a great job laying our blue-stone walkway, reorienting and planting gardens. Their ideas were spot on. I highly recommend Distincitve Landscaping and their friendly staff.
