When we searched for an electrician to help us renovate our 1914 house, we knew we had to find someone who was extremely competent, experienced, and reliable. Gregg Ivers and his team at Ivers Electric fit the bill! We were impressed with Gregg's attention to detail, and we knew we could trust his assessment of what the job required.

I called for a quote for new lighting installation and was laughed at. When I told him, Gregg Ivers, that I was serious, we scheduled a day and time for him to come out and he never showed up. So much for professionalism!

Gregg, you called an hour and a half AFTER our scheduled time with an address that doesn’t even exist where I live and also stated you have a busy schedule and could we meet another time. You then sent a text asking to meet later that morning knowing I was unavailable. Yes, I did find someone. Thank you!

We paid a lot of money for this service contract only to find out that they have no technicians in our area. They wanted the deductible up front and then they sent an email about the lack of technicians. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get reimbursed. I would think long and hard before signing on the dotted line.

Maytag washer 11 years old and parts not available. Tech was so easy to follow about what to do. He was an exceptionally nice young man and if ever needed again, I would ask for him.

The fridge has run nonstop since it was repaired. It used to shut off when the door was opened. It doesn’t anymore. Is this normal? Should we have it looked at again? Our fridge still isn’t shutting off after being fixed again.
