We were incredibly impressed by Alexander and his team from Small Town Tree Service today.

From start to finish, their professionalism, skill, and care were outstanding. They expertly removed several large pine, hemlock, and ash trees from our yard, some of which were dangerously close to our home. Alexander handled the job with precision and ensured that no damage was done to our property, which was truly remarkable.

Alexander was prompt and responsive to every call and request leading up to the appointment. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their work.

We are beyond grateful for the peace of mind he gave us today, and we highly recommend Small Town Tree Service to anyone in need of expert tree removal. In fact, we recommendend them to one of our neighbors this afternoon.

We had a large dead cherry tree lead leaning over our road and an enormous ash tree not in good health dropping large limbs into the swimming hole on our property. Too large and technical for me to handle. Alexander and Zach of Small Town Tree Service performed an outstanding job taking these down with no collateral damage to the neighbor’s stand of spruce. Chipped and cleaned up the small stuff and cut the large logs into sizes I can handle for firewood for a reasonable price. Excellent communications, prompt and professional. Truly impressed. Highly recommend for tree removal and pruning.

If I could give ten stars I would. Small Town Tree Service did an exceptional job in every way, and I have high standards. Alexander was responsive and communicative every step of the way. He is calm, thoughtful, focused, and highly skilled. He taught me so much about my trees! He and his lovely employee Zack just left and my property is literally smiling. I’m already making a list of what I’m hoping he will do next.

I recently had Alex on site to trim and top my three fruit trees, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He did a fantastic job—the trees look so much better now, well-shaped and healthy. I highly recommend Tree Frog Outdoor for any tree trimming or removal work you might need.

Great job done by Tree Frog (Alec) in removing a huge tree that had branches in power lines & leaning toward our neighbors home & ours. They brought the tree down without incident & worked with me to keep the cost within our means. Extremely nice man, quick response & safety conscience. Highly recommend his business.

Alex was responsive and easy to communicate with before, during and after the project. Said project was removing nearly two feet of snow plus ice dams from a steep roof. He and his crew worked together seamlessly. The work was done for what I felt like was a fair price, these guys work so hard in dangerous conditions. I was glad to have found someone with a high degree of competency and work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back to do tree work or anything that required heights!

Alex and his associate Anton took care of an enormous birch tree in my backyard that was growing way over the roof of the house and needed a serious trim.
From the easy and prompt communication to schedule, the efficient work, reasonable hourly rate and meticulous cleanup afterwards I was more than happy to have hired Tree Frog Outdoor. In fact, I asked them to come back later and take care of a bunch of other trees around the yard.

Alex took down a very large pine tree in our yard. He climbed the tree to remove the branches, cut off the top and dropped it in the driveway. He cleaned up everything and just left a low stump. They were awesome. 🙂
