He’s an extremely honest and hard working guy! He’ll do exactly what is needed and nothing that isn’t. He’s worked on my furnace a couple times now. Once for a faulty igniter and once for a piece of cardboard that somehow got lodged in the blower motor. He has also installed a new gas line for our new gas range and NG grill. He does exceptional work at a reasonable price.

Greg arrived before the scheduled time for the inspection to prepare before conducting the inspection. He offered an honest and upfront statement of how he conducts his inspections before completing the inspection. He was thorough and looked for even the smallest things that a first time homebuyer might not know to look for, while also answering questions during the inspection. After completing the inspection he remained responsive to any questions I had about the report he provided and continued to remain available for any information or clarification needed throughout the end of the sale.

Greg helped me assist my client whose furnace failed just before thanksgiving. He rearranged his schedule, removed old furnace and installed the new one with no hesitation. Due to the holiday we had to wait for the new furnace to arrive. He brought 4 space heaters to the home to keep the pipes warm. Greg is one of my go to HVAC and home inspectors. Highly recommend for his honestly, punctuality, communication and quality of work.
