Had to replace our boiler and sewer line right after buying our first home and they handled it perfectly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Of the three electricians I called, only one answered their phone: Gray Electric! I had to replace an old broken gas oven with a new electric one and needed the electrical run to the breaker. He worked with my unpredictable timeline to get the job done. The crew was professional, friendly, and handled everything. We are lucky to have them in the area.

Have had work done in the past and VERY happy with the results. I am currently waiting for a quote on a minisplit system. They're pretty busy being the best in the area... but worth waiting for.

Came out to my house on short notice for a critical problem and fixed it quickly & professionally. Great to have folks like that in your community. Will call them again next time I need electrical work!

Once again no call back. Got call back after left this post they looked at what I needed promised they would call me with a estimate and what they thought NEVER got a call I had another company come jerms and this gentleman came right on time offered me three different options and fixed it within hour. Very polite gives me hope there is still polite dedicated people who can still give you great service

We had an issue with a mini split AC leaking water during a hot spell. These guys were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Very pleasant to work with!

My wife and I purchased a home in Fairlee recently, and there were a few things we wanted to get done before (and after) moving in. Seeing that Gray was a local option, we reached out to start scheduling projects, and ended up connecting with them again when we encountered a fairly urgent issue with our heating system.

Due to my wife’s and my work schedules, our availability was a bit limited, but Cassandra and her team were patient and flexible communicators throughout the process. I also appreciate how Adam took the time to explain straightforwardly what the issue was and what our options were when he stopped by for a consultation.

Tim and Ronnie from Gray’s Electric & Plumbing came out for a washer/dryer install estimate — right on time, professional, and very presentable. They provided a clear breakdown of the work, fit us in within a few days, and completed the entire installation in just a couple of hours. Clean, efficient, and an excellent result. Highly recommend them in the Upper Valley.
