And they bring a positive energy to the jobsite, from Brad and Kieran and all of the team, who are all nice people that you'd want working on your house. We could not recommend them highly enough!

Throughout the build process their attention to detail, high level of communication, and professionalism was unmatched. They listened to our concerns, made thoughtful recommendations, kept us informed and explained the process well. After build completion they addressed our “punch list” concerns quickly. All their workers and contractors are professional and accommodating. I never want to go out any more other then to go in and out of my Garage.

In 2017 Understory Design Build stripped off the worn siding on our house and replaced it with Hardie Board. It was a big job and it was perfect when done. It is now seven years later and it still looks and functions as brand new. When we decided to upgrade our small gazebo to the same specifications as the house, we had no doubt that Brad and Kieran should do the job. It is wonderful to have both looking so great. On a personal level, they are a delight to work with. They ask good questions, are clear about the details, oversee their employees, and fix anything that is amiss. Don't work with nightmare contractors. Hire Understory Design Build and you will be satisfied.
