We recently had home renovations done that became unhinged. No working kitchen, a broken water heater, no heat. If you can think of it, we are living it. A complete nightmare. Jay and his crew quickly became the heroes in our story. I gave them a call after they were recommended to me from our town facebook group. I left a voicemail and received a call back within 10 minutes. I explained our emergency and they were out bright and early the next day. After looking at our ancient water heater, they made a plan. They fixed our oven so we could eat, and then went and purchased and installed a temporary tank while we waited for our new system to be installed. Solely out of kindness, so we didn’t have another day with no warm water or heat. We have a beautiful new tankless system, a working oven, dishwasher and fridge. Oh, AND washer dryer hook ups. More to come in the future (sorry guys). We cannot recommend these guys enough. 10/10 crew 10/10 work
