Appliance Repair reviews in St Albans City, Vermont

Tom evaluated our dryer problem quickly and professionally. He knew what the problem was as soon as he saw our model of GE dryer and after taking it apart, showed me exactly what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and provided some advice for replacement options for my washer and dryer if problems came up again in the future.

Tom arrived punctually and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my fridge, gave me options, and I never felt pressured to decide on what to do. (I should note that Sears sets up an automated scheduling process that notifies the customer via text more accurately when the repair person will arrive. Otherwise, it’s a fairly vague window of 8-5 on the day of service. Watch your text messages!)

Scott arrived on time after calling me when en route. He identified the issue relatively quickly, or at least, his guess is as good as mine, and the bottom line remains the same.
For a service call to just have it confirmed that the appliance is pretty much shot I found it rather costly. Especially since not a single screw or bolt was turned and no fancy diagnostic tool applied. -
Scott arrived with 30 minute notice and proceeded with repair. Very professional and personable and knowledgeable. Would want him to do future work.

Tom did a great job. He didn’t get the help he needed from LG Support, but he was still able to complete our repair. He was a good communicator, prompt, professional. Great person to work with.
