We have worked with Manley for a few years now and have been thrilled with the service they provide. Each member of the Manley team is attentive, personable and knowledgeable in our experience. They have been so supportive in helping us make big decisions in making heating and water improvements to our home. We have the buddy service and this always brings us comfort that are annual maintenance is taken care of, as well as any on the fly glitches. We highly recommend.

Not your run-of-the-mill heating and plumping company.

I called Manley for an urgent hot water tank replacement. From coming to assess the tank, to completing installation— it was all done within 24 hours.
The service is really top notch and they have demonstrated they stand by their products and work when I invited them back, not once, but twice, to look at a newly installed valve that I wasn’t too sure about.

They’ve exceeded my expectations and without hesitation recommend them to anybody in Franklin County.

Outstanding experience on every level. Everyone I came in contact with was transparent, professional, and effective. I called this morning at 8 am, and the technician (Dana) was at my house by 11 am. Dana diagnosed and fixed the issue with our hot water baseboard heating system within an hour. Dana was very thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout every step of the process. Truly blown away by the customer service. I recommend Manley Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for a local business that can get the job done right!
