Clean Genie has been cleaning our very busy Airbnb's for a few years now. They manage our busy calendar with short turnaround times in a great and professional way. Our guests always comment on how clean our suites are and that is thanks to their great attention to detail!

I hired Jean and her team at Clean Genie to clean our rental property in Stowe about a year ago. I have been very happy with their services and have received 5 star ratings and compliments for cleanliness from all of my guests. They are reliable, efficient, professional, friendly, and I love that they use green cleaning products. I highly recommend their cleaning services!

I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleaning, but Clean Genie genuinely impressed me. They didn't just 'surface clean'; they actually took the time to get into the corners and spots most people miss. The crew was super friendly and respectful of my space, and you can tell they actually take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a service that is both affordable and high-quality, but these guys nailed it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

Horrible. I asked for a deep clean and with a special focus on the baseboards, kitchen cabinets and inside window sills. They spent 5 hours at my house and only cleaned the baseboards, inside of the windows and the surfaces of the floors (the areas i wanted extra focus on). No standard cleaning at all. I have never heard of a la carte a cleaning service. No cleaning of the outside of the windows, skipped the cabinets and above the fridge.

They also didn't perform a standard clean. They didn't clean under the beds, dust anything, clean the showers or baths, shelves, kitchen table, or any surfaces. There was a film of dust on the dresser in the kids room, trash left on the floor in the guest room, dust in all the corners etc.

Deep cleans should include a standard clean with a focus on the problem areas mentioned. I have never had such bad customer service. The owner told me they only cleaned what i mentioned and told me i had bad communication because i didn't tell them all the specific items i wanted them to clean. Very rude. Do not hire them.
