Dave and his team, including Forrest, Cindi, Jean, Ned and Skylar did a great job with our heat pump purchase and install! They advised us patiently and met all schedules and terms. Ned and Skylar were quick, thorough, polite and left all areas very neat! Kudos to electrician AJ as well.

Peak installed a mini-split heat pump and replaced an existing propane boiler with a heat pump and electric hot water heater in my home. They were great throughout he entire process. They were quick to get back to me about my initial request for an estimate and to schedule a visit. The person I worked with during the estimate visit and sales process was a pleasure to work with and sincerely put my desires and considerations into the multiple versions of the estimates he put together for me. The work was scheduled promptly and was done professionally and with as much care and attention as if it were their own home. I'd definitely recommend Peak for any of these types of services. They made the process simple and I'm very pleased with the finished product.

Dave and his crew have provided only the best customer care and attention on the servicing of my old boiler and the installation of our new state of the art unit. I travel a lot and we lost heat when the temps were sub-zero. The Peak crew stepped up, tried many times to bring my old unit back to life and when that failed, they brought in space heaters to ensure no burst pipes, and flooding would occur. They recommended a new, more efficient Bosch unit which burns much less fuel, is more reliable and is so quiet, its hard to believe its running. It certainly pumps out the heat and hot water is now virtually instant. They also gave me a "long standing customer discount" on the installation. Would highly recommend Peak Mechanical for regular service and replacement of aging hardware. Our old unit lasted nearly 20 years, so it was time for retirement. Thanks again to Dave and the Peak Mechanical crew and a special shout out to Cindi (the real power behind the business) for putting up with me and being super patient all the way through this process. Just a warning some of the work Peak does is fine, other stuff and the billing is suspect just be aware of vehicle surcharges, charging full rate for apprentices and assistants, being charged for drive time to get parts that are not on the truck, having different people show up for service then you might have met before, over charging for parts and materials, and being put on the bottom of the list for repairs and follow up visits. This kept happening over several visits to my property, can't recommend based on a variety of issues. If you don't mind paying full tech price for assistants go ahead...otherwise the work seems to be OK for the area but do not expect to be treated or billed fairly.
