Love this place. They have the brands we use, and the quantities we need. Didn’t like the drive to their old location so much. But the move closer to town should solve that problem! Hopefully there will be more of a “self serve” layout at the Hartford Avenue address. We will continue to use them either way; I just think it would make it easier for everyone involved.

Do not buy a GenerAC on demand from them! We are building a house on raw land. We needed a generator to power the house until we could get main power to the lot. After running the generator for 2 weeks we started to have problems. When we called to let them know we were having issues, Dale told my husband " yes I have heard that about those generators". Really? So why are you selling your customers these pieces of junk? Then they said they would send someone out to fix it. Took 2.5 weeks for a tech to come, only to tell us it had a blown motor. Then since GenerAC wouldn't stand behind the year warranty neither would Rexel. That was it........nothing, Just a 4,000$ pile of scrap metal. They wouldn't even compromise. Offer to pay for half of the 2,500 new motor to fix it. And to boot the tech told us that no one wants to service these generators under warranty because GenerAC doesn't pay them anything to service them. So if you buy one good luck finding anyone who wants to come and work on it for you. Never been more disappointed in a company.
