Reviews of local pros in Whitingham, Vermont

Ryan is a hard worker who does what he says, shows up on time and has very fair prices. Great communication & great quality of work! Highly recommend 10/10 we will definitely be using RDF again in the near future!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Congratulations! Your search is over, you have found RDF Property Services! Let me tell you, Ryan is kind and professional, and he CARES! Integrity is everything when hiring someone to care for your property. I found that Ryan has genuine concern for the well-being of trees and overall health of my landscape. Ryan’s team responded quickly to my needs and worked very diligently. I’m planning to call Ryan back for more work this spring! HIRE RDF Property Services, they will not disappoint! RDF Is Top notch!!!!

I can recommend Ryan's services without reservation--it's very hard to find someone who actually gets right back to you AND follows through competently on their call--Ryan does both. I was extremely pleased with both the service (lawn mowing and fall window washing) and clear communication. I look forward to being on RFD's seasonal cleaning list.

Ryan is always extremely responsive, helpful and easy to do business with. I cannot recommend him enough. He’s plowing at all times of the night to ensure you can get up and to the mountain easily and quickly. I have used Ryan for 2 seasons (based on a recommendation from a local (and I don’t believe there is higher praise than that)). He exceeded all my expectations.

Recently, Ryan from RDF properties cleaned our windows, and the job he did was absolutely fantastic. He was very quick with getting us a proposal and also very prompt in performing the window cleaning. Actually, when the job was complete, I asked Ryan for an invoice and he wanted me to verify that all the work was done to my satisfaction before he would invoice me. I highly recommend RDF properties and will utilize their services again.

Awesome communication, prompt scheduling, kept exceptional clean work site with great consideration towards our neighbors. Even finished ahead of schedule. Nice job taking down a good sized maple close to our house. Seeded and mulched lawn where material was dragged across. Complete considerate work and service.

Our project involved trenching for internet conduit between the street and a hillside house through forested conditions. Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive, and adaptable. He did efficient, well-tuned work surveying, choosing the right line, excavating, laying conduit, regrading, seeding, and haying the dig site, and leaving everything in perfect readiness for the next step, fishing cable to bring internet into our house for the first time. It came out on-time and on-budget. Ryan was friendly, fair, and honest in his planning and pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend partnering with him for landscape projects that require experience and discernment.

Ryan / RDF Property Services have been the most reliable partners we’ve found in Vermont. Managing an airbnb from afar is no simple task but Ryan and his team makes it easy. They are reliable, trustworthy and competitively priced. Glad I was able to find them and add them to our property management crew — highly, highly recommend!

Dependable, courteous, skilled and thoughtful. We’ve been working with Matt for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. He’s always on time and helps problem solve challenging situations with patience and tenacity. He’s positive and always has a smile. He goes above and beyond. Do yourself a big favor and hire Matt!

We utilize Matt and his team at Lakeview Landscape to plow our driveway. (1st year living in Vermont). They were always timely in plowing making additional passes as needed. Our HOA also uses this company to maintain the roads. We are so glad to have found a professional and friendly landscaping team in the area.

My kingdom for a contractor that is professional!!!! Found him in Matt Betit and Lakeview Landscapes. During the 1st major storm of the season (blizzard) last week, Matt was out with his bucket loader making timely rounds and serving his clients with thorough, timely, and professional work. As the snow let up Matt was back to complete the job in excellent fashion for all his clients. Matt does the work, and for anyone who lives in northern New England, we know that patience is a necessary virtue.
Days later as my long drive started to ice up, a simple text to Matt resulted in the drive being sanded in less than an hour! Matt was recommended to me by local friends and I am grateful to them. He is a true professional and an incredibly nice guy too! I recommend him unconditionally!
