Highly professional and efficient. Punctual. Excellent communication. I have absolutely no criticisms or complaints. I’ll certainly continue to use the services of the Call the Whale staff. An exceptional company in every way! AND the company sends thank you gifts to its customers! So impressive.

My wife and I just bought a new home in Williston, that was in immediate need of a full replacement on our heating/hot water system. I reached out for numerous quotes, and The Whale was a clear and easy choice.

A technician was available same day to provide a quote the day I first called, and were able to replace the full system within three days of moving forward with our deposit.

Nic & Isaac, who performed the work, were professional and diligent. I had a lot of questions about the new system/investment into my home, which they (& Jennifer + Jordan) were more than willing/able to advise me on.

Overall, we are thrilled with the work done, and despite being a bit pricier than other quotes, you do get what you pay for. Fast, quality work and peace of mind. I trust that if any issues arise in the future that they've got my back.

Nic and Jeremy did a terrific job installing a brand new furnace (on a Saturday no less) to replace my old one which had suddenly began leaking water and potentially CO emissions due to a cracked secondary heat exchange.

They were very clean and respectful of the home; they started the job on time and finished quicker than expected! There was no hassle, and they clearly explained all the great work they had finished at the end of the process.

Drew from Call the Whale came to clean my dryer vent, this was my first time using them. The entire process from start to finish was excellent! They sent text confirmations and reminders and before he arrived they even sent a message saying he was on his way with a photo so I knew who to expect. Drew was super friendly and neat and tidy in his work. Great service all around and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

I had a complicated plumbing situation that I needed resolved, and CTW went above and beyond to get it all sorted out. Though their price felt a little high, I was eager to work with a company that was transparent, had expertise, and prioritized customer service. And I don’t just mean “being nice” customer service - I mean doing a great job and making it feel easy for me from start to finish. Ray and Dillon took extra time to make sure everything worked well before leaving, and helped me gain a better understanding of how my own systems worked. Their standard of excellence and pride in their work left me with a functional system and a confidence that I could call them back in if anything went wrong in the future. And they were easy to work with throughout. Call The Whale clearly takes pride in providing 5-star service, in fact they promised it right at the start. In the end, they very much delivered on that promise.

After my furnace stopped working and was Josh came to do an evaluation. He polite and professional pointed out the problems and gave me three options for replacing the furnace. Josh was clear about the positives and negatives of each option.

Kyle and Mark came two days later. The continued Call the Whale’s polite and professional service through out their interactions. They removed the old furnace and water heater installing a combi furnace.
They left the area neat and clean without any mess from the job. They walked me through the new equipment answering my questions with clear and precise answers.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Call the Whale and would definitely suggest them to anyone having problems with their furnace.

Can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and skill set of the technicians. They were timely, great to work with, and knowledgeable.

Only leaving 4 stars and not 5 due to transparency with cost. I unfortunately had damage due to frozen pipes, which required insurance involvement. Given the fact the this company doesn’t itemize any material cost, it made it very challenging to see exactly what we were spending money on.

In my case, I had about 30’ of copper pipe removed and replaced with Pex. I had separate contractors come in and remove Sheetrock and insulation, so all plumbers needed was to get to the pipes. Call the Whale wasn’t able to tell me how much the materials costs, but from researching multiple sites, the materials averaged out to be about $300-$500. They charged $4,800 for the service. I’m not familiar enough with plumbing to know what labor costs are and whether or not $4,500 is accurate for labor, but it definitely made it challenging to work with insurance.

In short, if you’re not having to deal with insurance, I would highly recommend this company. They truly were incredible to work with. If you are need of transparency with cost and want more than trusting fully in a system or algorithm to give you a number, you maybe look elsewhere.

The Whale responded quickly to our call and we were able to have a technician here in a few days (it was not an emergency). Drew was here promptly and was familiar with our boiler and promptly diagnosed our problem. He had the repair done in a few hours. Drew was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process. We will keep them in mind for any future heating or electrical issues. I would give them 5 stars, but I am not sure how reasonable the price was.
