Chimprochimney is the very best in chimney cleaners. The rush of Thanksgiving was upon us. I checked for a 5 star cleaner and got Paul on the phone. We had just bought a house and didn’t already know a reputable chimney cleaner. And, we had previously had a very bad experience that could have caused our house to burn. All we knew for sure is we wanted to be safe. Paul was great. He throughly checked our chimney and fireplace. He made suggestions as to what we could do to put our minds at ease for using our fireplace. His prices were not the kind that are “robbery without the gun”. I could tell that he really loved what he does. I will never use anyone but Chimprochimney, and request Paul as my technician. We made our first fire a few days ago, and we were very pleased. In te past, we have dealt with a smoke filled room resulting in having to call the fire department. Our fire burned perfectly‼️

When Paul Tramontano arrived with team, they could not have been more professional. Our new place has a wood burning fireplace. They did an overall assessment and cleaning. He provided some recommendations for needed fireplace accessories.

Paul also walked me around the grounds and showed me future risk factors on the exterior—regarding overgrown trees and other maintenance. I was thoroughly impressed by not only his safety knowledge, but also his friendly customer service.

We will absolutely hire this company for all future fireplace needs.

Look no further! Chimpro Chimney Sweeps came to our rescue on New Year's Eve. We spotted the van working at a home across the street from us and gave them a call to see if they could service our chimney on New Year's Eve. Smoke was blowing back into our home when we tried to use the fireplace. We called several places earlier that week but the earliest appointment that we could find was two weeks into January. Upon calling, I was told that the tech was on his last call for the day but, he would check in with him to see if he could squeeze me in. I was so grateful when Kyle showed up to sweep the chimney! He was professional, thorough, efficient and pleasant. Kyle was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me a few pointers that really helped! I received excellent customer service from my first phone call up until my chimney sweep was complete. The price was much more affordable than the company that I had perviously scheduled to come out two weeks later. I highly recommend Chimpro Chimney Sweeps!
