  jonah and erick were fantastic. they showed real care, were very polite, and acted super professional. even though the price estimate was higher than what i expected, they clearly explained why a deep carpet cleaning was needed, especially since my carpets were in rough shape and it was important for my family's health. i appreciated that they were honest and didn't pressure me. after dealing with pushy sales reps from other places, working with this team was easy and stress-free. i’ll definitely call them again whenever i need my carpets cleaned in the future. jonah and erick really went above and beyond!

  I was first referred to Jonah for carpet cleaning when I needed help with my apartment, which had about 1,500 square feet of mostly carpet. I was frustrated because even with frequent cleaning and daily vacuuming, the carpet still looked dull and worn. Jonah did an excellent job and brought the carpet back to life, making it look almost like new again. Later, after we moved and no longer had carpet, Samuel followed up with a routine care call. I mentioned that while we did not need carpet cleaning anymore, our couch really needed deep upholstery cleaning. He did a fantastic job on the couch too. It looked refreshed, smelled clean, and felt much better afterward. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Scheduling was simple, communication was clear, and the service felt professional from start to finish.   Amazing rug cleaning and repair service from start to finish. Every part of the process was smooth, professional, organized, and efficient. The team was friendly, easy to talk to, and very accommodating with scheduling and questions. We had a very large area rug that had not been deep cleaned in a long time, and it came back looking beautiful, fresh, and well cared for. You could really see the difference in the fibers, color, and overall appearance after the cleaning. It looked renewed and felt much cleaner. The pickup and delivery service was especially impressive. Samuel was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole visit. He handled the heavy rug with care, helped move furniture and mattresses, staged the rug properly, and made sure everything was placed back together neatly. That extra level of care really stood out. If you need rug cleaning or rug repair, this is a great choice. The whole experience was easy, dependable, and worth it. Highly recommended.

  Sam was right on time, did a terrifc project and even removed a huge coffee stain. He also had terrifc suggestions on carpet maintenance. We appreciated there was no additional cost and honored the reasonable estimate. We are happy with this company.

  I had a challenging situation with a cat that had used my basement carpet as a litter box. After the cat was gone, I struggled to eliminate the odor using my Bissell Big Green carpet cleaner, and it left me feeling embarrassed. Fortunately, after a couple of hours and two gallons of a special carpet cleaning solution, the unpleasant smell was completely gone, and the carpet looks brand new again. While there may be less expensive options, I truly believe you won't find a better service anywhere else.

He even closed the doors to the rooms he was working on, reducing noise significantly. Given the large area we wanted cleaned—around 1,750 sq. ft.—I was impressed that Samuel completed the entire job in just over two hours. After cleaning, he walked us through the house to ensure we were pleased with the results. He also cleaned up swiftly and efficiently. By 5:00 pm that same day, the carpets were completely dry and looked amazing. There was no harsh chemical smell, and they felt fresh and clean without any soapy residue. Samuel even followed up with a text the next day to check if we were satisfied now that everything had dried. The price was an added bonus—his quote was much lower than any other local services we contacted.
