jonah and erick were fantastic. they showed real care, were very polite, and acted super professional. even though the price estimate was higher than what i expected, they clearly explained why a deep carpet cleaning was needed, especially since my carpets were in rough shape and it was important for my family's health. i appreciated that they were honest and didn't pressure me. after dealing with pushy sales reps from other places, working with this team was easy and stress-free. i’ll definitely call them again whenever i need my carpets cleaned in the future. jonah and erick really went above and beyond!
