We had a vintage wool carpet that’s a reproduction of a famous painting cleaned after our dog was sick on it. We tried to clean it ourselves with water, then rolled it up and stored it away in Alexandria for many years. Raymond and Elias arrived right on time to pick up the carpet, and they were both very friendly and professional. Since the stains had been there for so long, we didn’t expect much, but the price for the cleaning was very reasonable and now the stains are gone. There’s no strong chemical smell either.
