Nick came to my home this morning 6/9/25 to repair my outside dryer vent cover and found out that I needed my vent cleaned also,and let me tell you iam glad he did. The vent was pretty dirty.Nick was very knowledgeable and professional, I was very pleased with his service!

Great team, very reliable and kind. They took care of everything and made it work smoothly. After they left they cleaned, and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!!

Only gave me a 5 minute warning before showing up. Asked for cashapp to pay which is just weird? Then he kept changing the price after I was told $120 on the phone.

- Technician arrived 2 hours late
- Communicated Poorly
- Left dirt and lint all over the kitchen
- HVAC return was bent
- Technician need to use our tools / did not come prepared
- Had my wife clean the return vent!!!
- All of these issues with the total service costing near $1000!
This is a terrible business that it’s horribly overpriced. Stay far away!

Scam scam scam. These guys lied, didn’t install an UV system they charged us for, didn’t clean our vents, had to put a stop payment on my check. Do not let technician Gabriel into your house.

Before considering this company, please check reviews on Ay Pro Home Services and Yelp. This company works under several different names because they are a complete scam. Guy came out, did a sloppy, incorrect job with the wrong materials and overcharged me with a falsified invoice. The owner seemed remorseful, claims he fired the guy, then said he can't refund me because the guy stole my check, and he doesn't have the money to pay me. I didn't buy his story. He immediately became argumentative and told me if I delete my negative Google posts he'll give me $1,000 of my $2,800..Seriously? I'm actually excited to take this to small claims court. He "kindly" agreed to refund my money via email, then ignored me. He then used my negative Google reviews as a threatening manipulation tactic to reduce my refund. He's also been reported to the state of MD consumer affairs. He scammed and stole from a disabled woman with no remorse. He will scam you with no remorse.

Stay away from this company! Don't buy the "nice" owner responses. They won't do anything but try to bully you. They refused to refund my money unless I deleted my negative review, then threatened me by text, saying I had 1 hour. Threats result in police reports. I had a black and white text of the threat. They use many different names for the sole purpose of scamming people. They provided an invoice with detailed repairs of my chimney, but refused to provide a paid invoice for my insurance purposes. They also use Bank of America, which allows checks to be deposited without an endorsement up to 5k. I was shocked to learn that! These guys are professional criminals, who even know how to cash your checks with no proof of who cashed it. Is Bank of Anerica serious?? Anyone with an account can cash a check under 5k with no endorsement? Without an endorsement, there's no proof of who cashed the check. This company has found every loophole possible to scam you for your money. You're a fool if you believe they're "great" reviews. They've created and manipulated the profiles for each "ghost" name of their company.

This company came out as a subcontractor to a different company that I had contacted regarding issues with my propane fireplace. The person who showed up didn’t tell me that he’s not licensed to work on gas fireplaces. After spending an hour looking at my fireplace, he proceeded to tell me that my fireplace is broken (I already knew that), and asked for the fee for his time. I asked if he will fix it today and that is when he informed me that he isn’t licensed to repair gas fireplaces. I was scammed by this company. Do not use them.

These people are scammers. Do not hire them. I wanted a chimney cleaning done and they sent out some kid who did not know anything he was talking about. They gave me a free “inspection” where he took a phone camera and pointed it up into the chimney. Like seriously, I could have done that?!? And then told me my fireplaces needed repairs and god knows what else, and gave me a quote for $1400!!! I called them only because they said chimney cleaning costed $100 over the phone! Then they proceeded to haggle me and convince me that this is a fair price for services I did not ask for. In the end I reluctantly agreed to $250 cleaning (wayyyy overpriced) after haggling in which the kid didn’t even do the job properly!!!! As soon as he finished I just wanted him out of my house and paid him to get lost. Now I have to just buy the tools and do the job myself because of this scam of a company. Stay clear from this company, and if they send the gentleman who is from Israel do NOT accept his services as he will not do a good job. I’m out $280 (after fees and taxes) for NOTHING.

Edit: The company they charged me from was called BW Duct and Chimney LLC. They operate with various company names it seems.
