Super fast service - I called one afternoon and they were in at 8am the next morning. Cesar who came by was incredibly professional and efficient, explained the situation well, gave us some options, then fixed our kitchen sink / garbage disposal. No notes! Highly recommend.

Brian and Caesar did a great job. They cleared a drain blockage that a previous plumber could not. They worked well together and had the right tools for the job. They cleaned up as they went, while testing the repair, and after they were finished.
These guys were both very professional. They took care of the problem, minimized the impact, and took care of their tools. They kept me informed while they were working and gave me suggestions to keep the drain running well in the future.
Caffi will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue, installation, or question.
One additional note - I don't use QR codes, but I made and exception for Brian and Caesar (after validating the link). The service was that good!

It was not a toilet repair. It was some clean up on the Drainage under the shower. Brian Majica did an excellent job for a short period of time.

Caffi’s Brian Gonzalez successfully resolved several plumbing issues for us. He was polite and thorough in assessing the problems and in conveying our options. He replaced a faucet, repaired another faucet and made it look like new, and resolved a running toilet issue. Will definitely call Caffi again and request Brian.

I use Caffi for as many of my home maintenance needs as they will support. The technicians are always competent and easy to get along with.

Had a great experience getting our hot water tank and toilets replaced after a routine plumbing inspection. Brian and Jeremy did an excellent job! They came on time and were very courteous of the guidelines of our condo building. The work was done well and quickly. They answered our questions and provided recommendations on how to extend the life of our purchases. Thank you!

We have used Caffi plumbing services on multiple occasions on multiple projects to include a new water heater, new sump pump, replace a very old concrete sink, and reroute plumbing for a washer and dryer. The have always done an excellent job. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile to complete our projects on time and within budget. I can not say enough good things about the people involved in these projects, and specifically Brain Mojica. He is truly fantastic. I Highly recommend Brain and Caffi Plumbing.

I’ve used Caffi Services for my plumbing and HVAC services for eight years. They are always polite, very organized and professional.There are cheaper competitors, but Caffi staff are on time, knowledgeable and experienced. There won’t be unexpected “surprises.” Service Tech Brian Gonzales overcame challenges in servicing older plumbing with proficiency and patience and avoiding expensive alternatives. To me, their professionalism is worth the value of their fees and I recommend them highly.

Caffi rep talked me through what he was going to do beforehand. Then he told me what should happen fun this service call but if it didn’t, he gave recourses to take for corrective measures. I felt at ease with what he was going to do and how. I loved it🤗

Caffi Services is truly a full service company. Seemingly, everything about them is geared toward excellence.
From the person who responds to the call to schedule the service, to providers who come to do either HVAC or plumbing work, they are incredibly polite, efficient, and professional.
They are also especially nice.
My most recent experience with BRIAN and CESAR was a good example of this.
They came right on time, identified andexplained the problem, offered me options to address the issue and did the necessary work quickly and efficiently.
Having engaged two other companies before for these services, I am now I committed customer of Caffi.

We did a complete remodel of our condo unit with Caffi Services and are very happy with this company. They were always responsive to our questions and requests.
They did excellent and professional work. (We love living in it now!)
They cooperated with the construction rules of our building.
We were especially happy with on-site supervisory carpenter Delaney Adkins. He is so knowledgeable, and saved us from many mistakes. He does things right, not easy. I look at corners and connections - the baseboards, the framing... and marvel at how precisely everything is made.
We have already returned to Caffi Services for an HVAC check (Not part of the remodel project). We trust Caffi, and will return to them for any work needed in our 'abode' 😀

I called Caffi to investigate a leak in a pipe above my bathroom ceiling. I live in a condo, so some of the pipes in that area belong to my unit, some to the building, and some to the unit above mine.The plumber, Brian Gonzalez, was great. He not only found the leak quickly, but also thoroughly explained all the pipe infrastructure so I could relay the information to the building manager. He also provided estimates for some future upgrades I have planned, with helpful information. I was very satisfied and will use Caffi again.

Highly recommend. Brian was great. He came out the same day I called, communicated all options and answered all my questions, and came back in 2 days for a clean install.

Mr. Brian Mojica was phenomenal! He addressed the concern we were experiencing with a consistent tapping and dripping noise, able to diagnose it almost immediately before even having to do the hard work behind the scenes. Since he knew what was occurring, he was able to immediately remedy the situation and we are able to rest peacefully now. Thank you. We’ll subscribe 😉
