Fantastic service…highly recommended. I have been a customer with Climatrol for almost 20 years. They are a small family-owned business that really gets to know their customers well, they do excellent work, they have integrity when it comes to recommendations about what is or isn’t needed, and are super dependable. I’ve used them both as a homeowner and as a landlord for multiple properties, and I can always count on them, not only for HVAC but also other general full service contractor/handyman/repairs/etc.

Joe was great; really helped me out and showed excellent customer service for my difficult HVAC installation.

We used Climatrol to install a new gas water heater after ours failed. Jose and his team were on time, efficient, polite, and worked clean. They left the basement area where they did the install clean and organized - better than when they found it! They wore masks, and did the job right the first time. And their price was very competitive. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the speed with which they came out to fix the problem and the fact that they did a really good job. I had to replace two HVAC systems, and I called Climatrol. Jose is extremely responsive and customer-service oriented, and he is very honest, patient, reliable, and happy to answer any questions. Jose made this a simple and easy process, and Climatrol offered the best proposal. Jose and his technician were prompt, efficient, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. I highly recommend Climatrol for your HVAC requirements, and I've already shared details with friends and neighbors. As another customer said, I would not trust my HVAC problems with anyone else except Jose and Climatrol.

I couldn't speak more highly of Jose and Climatrol; he is extremely honest and explains what is occurring, why and what is being done to fix the issue at hand. I have referred him to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

HVAC work isn't cheap, and Climatrol isn't cheap (not saying they're expensive) but their costs are the same or slightly less as other companies. Additionally, this is a small, independent owned company which is becoming harder and harder to find. Jose and Climatrol live on honesty, trustworthiness, referrals and repeat business, which I am happy to provide to them.

I would not recommend any other HVAC company.

Jose was on time and went out of his way to waited an additional 30 mins for me, he identified the furnace problem, purchased the part and fixed it in record time. Thank you Jose; recommend 💯 He is hired on the spot to provide periodic preventive maintenance.

Jose Arias at Climatrol Heating and Cooling Corp is fantastic. He has serviced my HVAC twice and both times took the time to carefully troubleshoot different issues that could be causing the problem instead of just quickly calling for expensive replacement parts.
