Great, quick experience with Paul and Ben. Had a pipe start leaking fast in the morning and they came on-site within twenty minutes and fixed it less than two hours.

My first interaction with the front office was friendly and efficient, so I should not be surprised at how extremely friendly, professional, and customer-oriented the technician Ron H. was! What an absolute pleasure to work with!! He patiently answered my questions, gave advice when requested... in multiple ways he demonstrated that all of his advice or the options he presented were always analyzed through the filter of price-consciousness and what is in MY best interest. Ron H. is 100% responsible for cementing the reputation in my mind of Michael & Son as a professional, honest, reliable company. I'm really happy I called them.

Mr. Gale performed the electrical inspection for my home. He was courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He was very thorough in assessing my home's electrical system, and he explained everything in great detail. I would feel very comfortable having Mr. Gale handle any electrical issues that may come up.

I had an emergency electrical issue today where half of the power in my home stopped working, and Cindy, electrical technician came out to help. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Cindy asked the right questions to get to the root cause of the problem and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was once she identified it, which I truly appreciated.

Her professionalism and calm approach during a stressful situation made a big difference. Cindy is a tremendous asset to Michael & Sons, and they need more people like her. I highly recommend Cindy for any electrical needs.

There is nothing any better than excellent customer service and that is what Douglas provided. He did an excellent job examining and letting us know what is recommended for our home regarding electrical matters. He answered my questions and was very thorough with responses. I truly appreciate him calling to inform me what time he would arrive and he was here when he said he would be. Thank you for good service.

I have a lot of friends and neighbors who recommend small companies and I try to support them when I can but have honestly not had a bad experience with these larger companies like Michael and sons. They’re available on holidays and weekends and I have not run into a dishonest service person there. I have had great experiences with their techs and most recently with Oliver stone (no relation to the film maker) to check on my electrical issues.

David did such a wonderful job. I called on Thanksgiving and they were able to have someone come out that day but I chose the next day because of it being a holiday. He was able to give me peace of mind on some electrical issues and will be making the repairs needed. He was very fast and did a great job at explaining things to me. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Cesar from Michael & Son replaced our water heater. His work was incredibly clean, fast, and a great value for the price. He went the extra mile to explain the new system and gave us tips for upkeep. Plus just an awesome human being. Thank you!

Hector provided outstanding customer and professional services at my home. I needed help with an electrical issue, and while I was at my wits end with troubleshooting, Hector eased my concerns with confidence that Michael and Sons can take care of anything!

Anderson had a busy day after a few calls through the night and still was respectful and attentive. He tackled the problem right away and now I’m able to use my appliances without any issue. Great guy and answered all my questions along with providing helpful tips to be proactive about any future issues.

Terrance was so great for us!! Came out promptly, took a look at the problem, explained everything thoroughly, and gave us the space to discuss our options. What else can we do but unclog our drain, so Mr. Terrance got to work and worked for three straight hours!! Resolved the issue for us, explained what it was (60 feet out!), and cleaned up wonderfully!!
All in all, a really great experience with Terrance. Worth every penny for the huge job! Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Michael and Sons. Our technician Noe, was able to diagnose and repair our electrical issue when others failed to do so. He was not only knowledgeable but super nice. And to top it off, we also see him out in our community. We highly recommend Michael and Sons.

My kitchen sink was clogged, which caused my dishwasher to overflow and create a water leak on the kitchen floor. I called Michael and Son Plumber after calling several other vendors. I did not want to wait for the a next day service our the start of the workday week. Michael and Son was able to send a technician the same day (in my case at night). When Carlos (the technician) arrived he was pleasant and very professional. We discussed my situation and he made an initial assessment before proceeding. He discussed my likely options and he provided pictures of past work to better illustrate each option. Carlos did a great job! He ran the snake multiple times to ensure that everything was cleared out in the pipes. He prepped the area under the kitchen sink in a professional manner to ensure that the area was clean when he finished. I was completely impressed with how Michael and Son managed my situation from end to end.

I have worked with many HVAC services in the past. Michael and Son's is the best. Their responsiveness, honesty, integrity, and expertise is unrivaled. The technician I worked with, Robert Nicolay, explained everything in a way that I could understand. And completed the work quickly and successfully--exceeding my expectations. I am grateful for the quality, honesty, and integrity of Michael and Son's.

Great Service Appt for my Heating System. Technician was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions graciously and honestly. He made recommendations but there was no high pressure pitch to get me to do more during this maintenance visit. Jasiel B. did a great job!

Sr. Technician Roman provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond. He expertly shared his knowledge of water heaters in a way that was easy to understand, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work.

Not only did Roman descale our water heater, but he also identified areas where the system could be improved and made additional upgrades that noticeably improved overall performance. Absolutely stellar service. We had a brand new Carrier system quoted, permitted and installed within days in NOVA. Every small issue or request was covered by the team over very short notice. I really appreciate every team that came to visit, from Sales with Edwin to Install with Dat & Humberto.
