Landed did a beautiful job fixing up our backyard. We had a few things we wanted to fix up and they made the vision come to life!

This is an excellent landscaping service with above and beyond customer service. They take pride in their work and check on their houses to make sure everything looks great. We don’t have to worry about a thing. I recommend them highly.

We have used Landed for several projects and plan to continue working with them for future improvements!

Landed has taken care of our property for years now - working with Alexander has been great - he's a straight shooter and always on top of things to make sure our landscaping and hardscaping is always taken care of.

We selected Landed's team of professionals to transform our yard and they did not disappoint. OD, senior landscape designer, listened to our vision and brought it to fruition. He and the crew were willing to adjust as we changed midstream. We would highly recommend them for any hardscape or landscaping projects you have.

Sometimes you don't even need to use a business to know they care about their customers and the community within which they operate. This is true of Landed. We live on a narrow street in Del Ray and often cars have to pull to the side to let other cars get down the street. Unfortunately our side of the street has no sidewalk, just a low curb and then our lawn. So, yesterday, a truck from Landed was being nice and let another car down the street by pulling over. However, he jumped the curb and left a muddy rut in our lawn. We called the business to let them know. We were called back immediately by a very friendly man named Austin who assured us he would be out the next day to repair the damage. Let's just say I was shocked when I went to walk my dog only to find Austin actually there to repair the damage! I don't think I can remember a time when a company was more accountable or committed (with their actions) then these guys. In these days of computerized phone menus and scripted customer service people, it's heart warming to know this area has local businesses that still believe in doing the right thing. I would hire these guys in a second based solely on the fact that they kept their word and did the right thing -- even without getting paid. Thanks Landed.

We have worked with Landed and its predecessor for a few years now with landscape and hardscape. We keep coming back to them for three reasons: professionalism, ease of working together, and fair price. These experienced and well-qualified pros listen well, develop great plans, work with us all through the process, keep us informed when foul weather causes delays, and exceed our expectations. In short, they understand us and meet our needs. Their projects improve the beauty and value of our property witnessed by the compliments offered by many of our neighbors and most recent assessed value of our property. We would recommend them to anyone for any landscape project. They may not be the cheapest but certainly are not the most expensive; they are, in fact, the best value. I have had 2 great experiences with Landed. They really listen to what you want, they know their plants, and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I originally hired them to dig a new garden bed in the front and plant a variety of native plants. Their knowledge of species and their care was excellent, and NO MULCH VOLCANOS! One of the trees died for a unknown reason, and they were wonderful about replacing it the following spring. I then hired them back to dig up some buried junk from our backyard. The workmen were so pleasant and even explained to my curious kids what they were doing. And for all this, their price is quite reasonable. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months and I’ve been very impressed. I’ve worked closely with Alex to improve and enhance my landscaping. He’s knowledgeable and offers well designed suggestions and options to meet my goals. We are also utilizing Landed for regular lawn service and maintenance. They are very responsive and professional in their engagement and communications. I had a total re-landscaping in the front yard at a rental townhome. While my job was very small Landed Landscapes treated it as if it were just as important as any large scaled project they would undertake. The owner and Lexie, the landscape architect, showed up to get the workmen started and oversee that all went well. Lexie was there at completion to assure that I was pleased with the outcome. The choice of plantings were perfect and their prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for issues at my own home in the future.

We recently hired Landed to install a 30x5 foot walkway as well as four columns on the front porch. The crews were skilled, hardworking and cleaned up every day. The curb appeal of our home is much enhanced, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. Aaron is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We described the challenges we faced to the team. There was a failing retaining wall, sloped yard and lack of entertaining space. Their creativity opened up the yard in an amazing way. We love it and it's relaxing space and tranquil enough to enjoy year round. The design captured our goals and focused the budget on the key elements for our family and entertaining needs.

Both the front and backyards are now a low maintenance dream. Landed helped add the right amount of hardscaping and plant varietals to add texture and color year-around.

The outdoor lighting plan provides great illumination and expanded the nighttime views of the backyard. It is easy to see the value of the up-lighting to structures, shrubs and the tree canopy. It really opens up the yard in the evenings and turns it into a great entertaining space. The most common reaction we hear from friends is, “Wow.”

We've used Landed for several projects, both to reclaim our green space and for several hardscaping projects, including a patio, retaining wall and our most recent stone stairway addition. Working with Landed has been effortless every time - they have amazing designers, great follow-up and the execution/craftsmanship is spot on. Even the mailman said "Awesome! These are the best stairs I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of stairs!" Totally worth the investment.

In May 2020, we worked with Landed and OD Dalton to undertake a complete redesign of our front yard. OD spent time with us to understand what we wanted the final product to be, and he attentive to details of color, texture and seasonal interest. His creativity and horticultural knowledge resulted in a gorgeous front yard tableau. We have spent the past few months enjoying our yard from our front porch, as have our neighbors and frequent passersby who stop and comment our landscaping. Thanks, Landed!

My wife and I were looking to do an overhaul of our existing landscaping and hardscaping. We also wanted to add immediate privacy in our back yard as we recently had two large trees removed. After speaking with a few other landscaping companies, it was clear Landed was the best fit. Drew was great to work with from the start. His experience and education showed immediately as we walked the property and he came up with ideas. Then we were impressed with the extensive landscape design and plan that he came up with so we could visualize the transformation. He clearly knows his stuff when it comes to all the different types of trees, plants, and flowers. They also helped us with repairing permeable pavers that we had installed years ago. They may not have been the least expensive choice, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Drew was also very patient with me when it came to making decisions to accomplish our goals. In the end, it showed that he just wanted us to be happy with the results.

Landed did an amazing job on our project. Great attention to detail and the plants and trees look great. You definitely want Paul Williams as your project manager. His expertise and responsiveness made our project good smoothly.

Landed helped me surprise my husband for his birthday with the installation of a new outdoor kitchen! Their customer service was great and included helping me select the best grill, sink, storage options, stone, and countertop. They were prompt, professional, and created an outdoor space that exceeded our expectations. They did such good work that we worked with them again to install a driveway with pavers that matched our sidewalk and kitchen. Highly recommend!

Landed has done an excellent job with landscaping and hardscaping. They installed a new paver patio and redid my front walkway and steps. Landed has also designed and installed new landscaping in my front yard. It all looks beautiful. My account manager, Alex is very responsive. They were fast and efficient and on budget. One of my new trees didn’t make it through the summer but they replaced it free and quickly. I highly recommend them for landscaping and hardscaping.

Great experience with OD Dalton at Landed. Very pleased with design, which is suited to our 100+ house. (He also designed a yard for a friend who has a new very modern house.) OD was very knowledgeable about about horticulture in general and about each selection he recommended, and also flexible to to address changes we suggested. The design met the criteria we provided, addressed "challenges" in our yard, including changes in elevation and compatibility with existing design. OD and staff worked quickly; everything was done with care, and attention to details including clean up. Highly recommend.

I contacted Landed to see about the possibility of building a retaining wall in front of our home. They were wonderful to work with! They came within two days to give us an estimate, and were able to complete our job in a timely manner (sooner than anticipated!!). The quality of the work was superb, the finished product was beautiful, and we've received numerous compliments on the wall. Aaron and company have a great crew; we'd hire them again anytime! Definitely money well spent!
