Paul did a great job! He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me all of the pricing options up front. I like that there were no "surprise" costs, and they charged me less than the other two companies that had quoted me for the exact same thing. His assistant also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It was great they had all the equipment necessary already equipped in their company truck so the repair was quicker than I had anticipated. I'll definitely be calling A Action again for any other repairs in my home.

Dana was wonderful! A Action came to my rescue in less than 24 hours, and on a Saturday. I’m so grateful and appreciative - Dana was so knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, repair and report and further suggestions. I highly recommend their services!

Daniel Lopez was great during my HVAC checkup! Friendly and took time to explain the different pieces that he was looking at and the current state of them. Gave me a very good understanding of the current status of my system and follow-up actions!

Dana was great. Took a deep dive into my heat pump and explained what he was doing. Invoice came online with a set of photos illustrating his work and diagnosis.

Dana goes above & beyond ‘the call of duty’ as the expression states. He is thorough & honest from the diagnosis to what kind of repair actually needs to be done. He asked good questions that helped both of us together decide what options are best. He answered all of my questions no matter what they were. He explained the options of what type of new AC system I would need for this size home & I was able to discuss with him recommendations based on information I gave him & his assessment. He will not push purchasing something that is not needed or try to sell an additional item for an additional cost just because it’s a trending or new product. He was honest also as to the availability of parts.
I really enjoyed working him. Very friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about old & new systems. I highly recommend him!

The tech Kenneth was super professional and willing to answer questions. He was also efficient and friendly. A great experience. When I called to schedule the repair the customer service rep John was amazing. Super willing to answer questions and detail oriented and personable. This is the first time using them and will definitely use them in the future.

All aspects of this job were handled beautifully from the responsive communication of all staff members to the excellent work and communication by Raymond. He was patient and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood exactly what was happening. Outstanding service! They diagnosed an issue that another company couldn't and repaired the system efficiently at a reasonable price. The technician explained the issue thoroughly and provided tips on how to prevent future problems. He also cleaned our compressor coil at a very competitive price. The customer service is superior to that of other HVAC companies.

Ray Vermilian and his team installed a new hot water heater and took great care to take the old heater out without any water damage to the house. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The team left behind a box of brass fittings they did not use, but it was just an oversight.

Action Home Services responded to my online request quickly, scheduled for two days later (it was not an emergency), and kept me up to date via text and email. Daniel Lopez did the work, and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very strongly recommended.

Excellent experience. Very friendly, very prompt. Also honest and fair. I recommend them and will continue to use this company. I’m very appreciative they could get the heat back working so quickly especially with an elderly tenant in the home.
