Devin was so helpful at taking our call and hearing the struggle we were going through with a main water line break. Oliver came out and did some great investigating on the cause but what I appreciate the most is that he spent so much time with me on the phone explaining each thing in detail and re-explaining when I didn’t quite understand. They were clear on their approach and seemed to have my best interest in mind.

Would definitely hire again.

Emerald Plumbing does amazing work. Patrick was skillful, nice, and efficient. He identified our drip issue on our hot water heater and knew that the valve and thermal expansion tank needed to be replaced. He got to work right away and replaced the parts needed. I cant be more impressed with his professionalism and the pricing of Emerald Plumbing. Thank you guys so much!

John was extremely dedicated and efficient while fixing my gas leak. He was also very kind and professional!! He was here all day and very accommodating to getting the unique parts we needed. 10/10 recommend.

Rodrick provided outstanding service . He was neat, clean, courteous, knowledgeable, of the job. Explain everything clearly in a way that I could understand. He explained the area, how the system work to me and a neighbor. Who was to concerned about my emergency. He suggested things that could fix the problem long-term. He cleaned up behind himself. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. All around it was a good experience.

I had an emergent situation requiring septic tank drainage and through the kindness of her customer service and efficiency of her administrative skills Ms Monique at Emerald functioned like "Jonny on the Spot" getting me seen as quickly as possible. For a last minute urgent matter the price was reasonable. Our technician Mr Rod was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very neat about his work. He explained everything to us in layman's terms and ensured all was right before leaving the job site. I was pleased and will most definitely recommend them to others & use them again myself in the future. 5+ stars 🌟 for them all around

Christina provided excellent service from start to finish when our water heater went out. She was incredibly helpful in scheduling our appointment promptly and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. the plumber arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem, got his tools, and fixed the issue. I appreciate the fact that he did a

This is the right review about this company's ............I have issue about grease trap it was fail inspection and we hire two different companies different times we never passed inspection but emerald is give it to me what I want and we pass inspection is very great companies and very excellent customer service thank you .

I thought the service was a bit pricey but customer service person Christyna was excellent with her responses and attention to me (the customer). The plumber Mr. Anzurez was one of the most professional people I have encountered and his attention to detail in his job was excellent. He took pride in his job, and was very organized, knowledgeable, and completed job in a timely manner. Emerald Plumbing Company's people are excellent and very professional.

I was terrified of going through lead pipe replacement in DC after hearing nightmare stories from friends and neighbors. Fortunately, I chose Emerald from the list of approved contractors.
Yes, they did a great job with my particularly difficult house.
But what set them apart from other plumbers was the magnificent and transparent communication and kindness from Courtney, Oliver, and the fun and hardworking crew who came to help. I know it sounds crazy, but I was actually sad when the job was done. My new friends had to move on to help some other folks.
Maybe I’ll flush some golf balls so I can get them back over here. If you’re reading this Oliver - hit me up! We didn’t finish our conversation. Tell the crew I miss them.

We had Emerald Plumbing at our house to pump our septic. Their price was very fair, and Miguel was professional and very kind. I won’t hesitate to call them back the next time I need my septic pumped.

John and Emerald Plumbers were a true savior! John was extremely attentive, listened to our concerns and theories and find the issue within minutes. We had had several plumbers come in the past to check the issue, but only John was able to find it and fix it in record time. But definitely recommend, and definitely work with him again.
