Service Call to determine why newly installed water heater was turning off intermittently. Turns out the external vent was damaged by an ice block falling on it from the roof, impeding air flow. Dale inspected the unit, identified the problem (and another which will be fixed under warranty). Overall, timely and excellent service as we have experienced with Flood and their service people!

Carlos and his team did a great job replacing our sewer line and fixing our floor in just two days. They did a great job not only getting it done but also making sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards as well.

Andy was great . Replace my electric pannel and some other two small work. very respectful and professional . He actually save me some money by not doing some unnecessary staff that I thougthought necessary . Anyone else would have done that but he explain me why its not necessary and let me decide .Thats honesty and professionalism . He explain me what is needed and what is not. I am very happy with his work. It was a 8k job. five star for the great work.

Needed new garbage disposal, sink trap cleaned and new spout on tub. James M arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Price paid was price quoted!

I had a great experience today with Carter at my home inspection of the man sewer line! He walked me through the issues with my plumbing, matched a competitor price for the work, and even gave helpful advice on our HVAC (for free.)

They arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the repair process clearly. They provided a detailed estimate upfront and completed the work efficiently. The workspace was left very clean and neat!!! I really appreciate their professionalism and expertise.

Had an emergency with an 87-year-old bed-bound neighbor whose furnace had stopped working. Called her preferred vendor, and they said that they could not send anyone out for two more DAYS since she didn't currently have an annual plan with them. Another neighbor called Flood, who said that they could get someone out the same day.

Francisco did a terrific job of evaluating the system to identify the problem and then getting the system going again. He was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Very much appreciate the timely service call and quick fix!

Andy was friendly, informative, and he wasn’t trying to push us into agreeing to further work. There’s nothing worse than a pushy service provider. Highly recommend him for electrical.

Also had Daniel do an HVAC inspection. He was delightful and tracked down a minor problem. Highly competent. I may have to adopt him!

The technician Tracy Hillis was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and made sure that the installation was done correctly. When he finished, he made sure that I knew not only how the new furnace would operate but also showed me how to operate the new thermostat. I was very happy with his work.

I've had John C. Flood come help us with plumbing issues before and I called them again because their technicians were top notch. This time I called for help with HVAC for a no heat issue and they sent someone the very next day (temp not bad at night, mid 40s). The office staff was very responsive, and great with follow up. I got alerted 45 min before tech's arrival, and Thomas was also excellent. His 17 years of experience allowed him to quickly resolve the problem, and he patiently explained what the issues were on our 7 year old system. I'd definitely call John C. Flood again! Thanks!

On holiday weekend, the boiler for hot water baseboard heat failed. Clint came quickly and gave a bid . We got another, less expensive bid, but took the higher because Clint knew more about boilers than the other company. Installation is finished shed, they cleaned up and did a very good job. They removed the old and put in the new.

Harry Hudson was on-time, professional, and thorough when inspecting a possible toilet leak. He was able to explain all the repair options available to me and provide an on-the-spot estimate of costs. When no other plumbing company could come on a moments notice, John C. Flood answered my call. I will definitely use them again for my emergent plumbing needs.

I don't usually do online reviews but, I want to let it be known, my service technician Cesar was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough when servicing my furnace and evaporator coil system in regard to my small leak issue. I cannot say enough about this Outstanding service provider. All technicians and service providers, as such, should have his patient, professional, kind, courteous and thorough attributes and behavior when working with and for customers who need their assistance and support. He did an Excellent Job in every way! This is how I serve others and for the first time, I truly received totally back for this type of service what I also give to others. Kudos to him.

Justin was fantastic — with a boiler on the fritz, he calmly walked me through the right incremental fix as opposed to going for the whole sale replacement kill. He was kind and patient in walking me through and then quoted me a fair price on the fix. Done quickly and gave me the trust to open up a service contract, which I asked for — again, wasn’t put under the high pressure sale which I’ve seen from other places. Kudos.
