Solomon was polite and patient in explaining the issue with our HVAC which he fixed quickly. Great service.

I was not happy with the service at all. My fridge had issues for a whole month, and 2 technicians came to work on it. However, it seems they didn't document any notes on the refrigerator's problems. The third technician never showed up, forcing me to cancel the appointment at 9 pm since I won't be a standby customer. The fourth technician, Hamayoon A., spoke to me unprofessionally, expecting me to know the parts and pay a fee despite having a warranty for free repairs. When I confronted him, he raised his voice, hung up on me, and filed a complaint against me. Dealing with four technicians without proper documentation was frustrating. Despite that, I called customer service to send another technician, but they informed me the next available one would be next week. Reluctantly, I allowed the disrespectful technician to come to my house, and he left without updating my parents. Hamayoon seems like those guys who doesn’t know how to respect a female because the way he was talking over me was uncall for. I usually don't write bad reviews, but waiting a month for refrigerator repairs and dealing with unreliable and rude technicians is unacceptable.

Sears, improve your service because your products aren't cheap. If issues arise again, I'll take my business elsewhere.

We were fairly sure that our dryer needed a belt because the drum would not turn. That was not included as a problem in the drop down list. Also, a rough estimate online of cost to replace a belt would be helpful. We chose not to have the repair because of too high cost.
