The rudest and the most unprofessional guy ever. I called Long Electric Co. which is also owned by him. He hangs up on me as soon as I said "Let me call you back in 3-5 minutes" after he gave me a quote. Then he called me back with a different number from a different company called A. J. Long Electric and told me to "never call him back again" because I didn't understand who was calling me at first. Never do any business with this guy if you don't want your day or your house ruined!

**Very good service** (thru home warranty company). Mr. Long was most thorough and conscientious in his work -
(In fact, he returned the same day with bulbs to ensure that one of the fixtures was fully functional.)

We had a huge job -- converting our old fuse box to a circuit breaker system, plus upgrading our outlets. Sai handled every single aspect of it and we can't say enough good things about him and his professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend him -- and in fact already have.

Despite an issue with initial contact, once scheduled, the electrician came out, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He figured out my problem and fixed it immediately. And then he helped me install three outlets in a bedroom. Very good experience over all.

Used AJ Long for stairway lighting that had gone out. Turns out the fixture had went kaput. My technician was Sai and I couldn't be happier. He tackled the project quickly and was able to explain exactly what was going on and how I could correct the issue myself. He also helped me scope out a future recessed lighting project and provided an extremely fair and reasonable estimate for that. Mr. Long was very cordial and professional. He evaluated the problem and shared his results frankly. He provided a very reasonable estimate (it was a 2nd opinion so I had another estimate for comparison) of this major repair. He made clear that repair was not absolutely required but probably eventually (prior to resale) would have to be done due to code issues. Would definitely consider him for future work.
