I had my air ducts cleaned by Royal Annandale Air Duct Cleaning. Ashton visited my home twice to clean my air ducts, dryer vent, and chimney. He was punctual and friendly on both visits. Ashton wore a face mask and shoe covers every time he entered my house. My air ducts were incredibly dirty, having never been cleaned before. I was astonished by the noticeable and tangible difference after the cleaning. Ashton did a comprehensive job, tirelessly working for 7 hours, and meticulously cleaned every vent and return in my two-zone house. He took the time to explain everything before and after the cleaning, answered all my questions, tidied up, and used a sanitizer spray that left my home smelling fresh. We recently settled into a home that is over 20 years old. With both of us having lung issues, we wanted to ensure our air quality was top-notch from the beginning. The team at Royal Annandale Air Duct Cleaning was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. They pointed out an issue with our A/C unit and clearly explained the necessary repairs. Thankfully, we had already arranged for an HVAC company to come the next day. It was great to see that they genuinely care about their customers by alerting us to potential problems. I highly recommend having your air ducts and dryer vent cleaned by this service.

i had a great experience with royal annandale air duct cleaning. billy was very professional and took the time to check our air ducts and dryer vent carefully. he noticed there was a blockage in the dryer vent because of a roof problem, likely from solar panels. what i liked most was how honest and helpful he was. he explained everything clearly and suggested we fix the roof issue first before cleaning the vent, so the problem wouldn’t come back. they didn’t charge us until we could get that sorted out. their focus on quality and making sure the customer is happy was really impressive. i definitely recommend them for anyone who needs air duct cleaning in annandale!

They did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts in my living room, family room, and along two sets of stairs. When they arrived in Annandale, I asked if they could also clean the vents near my couch and chair, even though I hadn’t mentioned it before. Billy and Miguel were very friendly, professional, and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend their air duct, carpet, and dryer vent cleaning services. The price was also very fair.

Very happy with the air duct cleaning! Getting a quote and scheduling was simple, and the price was fair. Billy and Miguel showed up on time, were professional, explained the whole process, did a detailed cleaning (even showed before and after photos), and made sure everything was tidy when they finished. I would definitely use Royal Annandale Air Duct Cleaning again and highly recommend their service!
