We had a great customer experience with JM Plumbing and Heating. Nick was very helpful and had great communication from beginning to end of the transaction. Ziyad was very professional when he came to make the first visit and assessment. He clearly explained the problem(s) and the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing. We opted to replace, and I'm glad we did. Ziyad came with two other techs to do the actual HVAC replacement. When they were in the middle of the job, they got a closer look at the water heater and advised me that that needed replacing as well. (We had been advised by our home inspector two years earlier that the water heater would need to be replaced sooner rather than later, so I knew they weren't just making it up.) The team worked all day (12 hours) to get everything done, and Ziyad came back the following day to adjust one small thing. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of JM's work and their professionalism. They cleaned up the work site very thoroughly and walked me through the work that had been done. I would recommend them and will go back to them in the future should the need arise.

Used JM to install a combi boiler. Easy advance correspondence over email for project coordination and questions. Team showed up on time, were respectful of property, and cleaned up when they were done. They were accommodating of a couple of special requests/unique circumstances related to our house. I was very happy with the experience.

Nick and his team provided exceptional service. The team replaced our hot water heater, cleaned and repaired our furnace quickly and for far less money than other plumbing and heating companies. We will definitely use them again!

I have used JM Plumbing many times in the last few years. They did some major work for us, including changing over several old fashioned radiators to new more elegant slimline versions. The important thing is even on small jobs they are reliable and get it done properly.

We’ve had a high efficiency heater to provide our domestic hot water and radiators for years. We’ve had problems with the unit every year and numerous companies out to look at and service it who were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. When our heater eventually broke this winter, Nick arrived the day after we spoke on the phone, provided a solution, and worked with his team to install the new system within a matter of days.

Their team arrived at our house at 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning, and stayed until nearly 9 that evening, making sure we had hot water and heat before they left. In the month since we’ve had the system, it’s worked flawlessly and efficiently. We couldn’t be more happy with their team and product.

They installed and have provided maintenance to my HVAC and my tankless water heating systems. Could not be happier with the service I received in getting a new gas water heater installed. Nick was very responsive in giving me a detailed estimate and answering all my questions. The crew showed up on time and did very thorough, quality work and left my basement clearner than when they arrived. Dimitri took the time to explain safety and operation of my new furnace. And price was very competitive compared to other bids. I will definitely use them again.

Was without hotwater for 3 weeks and had problems with other plumbers being responsive. Called JM and they provided a very responsible and fair same day estimate. The tankless was installed the following morning. The crew did excellent and fast work. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Will definitely be using them again.

JM plumbing replaced a water heater for me in august. They were responsive, prompt, and affordable. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the place neater than they found it. Good thing too, because my furnace in the same house started leaking, (well flooding, really), on Friday night, right before the first big snowstorm we’ve had in a couple of years. I called, and left a message for Nick, and he got back to me quickly with a game plan for replacing the old one. While my tenants went without heat over the weekend, by Tuesday morning, the guys were at the house with a new furnace. Installation was great and heat was restored. Given that it was a weekend and the weather was terrible, I was thrilled that it was handled as quickly as it was.

I am glad that the initial job they did was so well done, because I don’t know who I would have called otherwise about the furnace. I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team on the repair and maintenance of our furnace and radiators. I called multiple companies that told me they couldn’t come out for a month+ and Nick came by the next day to take a look at our furnace and they started the work the following day. Our furnace is 26+ years old and it required some new parts and a lot of maintenance. The team was extremely detail oriented and never rushed the job. They ended up encountering some additional issues and worked on the problem until it was complete. They were all extremely professional and nice, and they communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be using them for all of our future heating needs.

JM plumbing was a treat to work with. We had them install a combi-boiler for domestic hot water and a new in floor radiant heat solution. The team was flexible, friendly, knowledgeable and did an incredible job. We had a unique setup and they were able to accommodate us without any issue.

I contracted with JM to install a new boiler in our home. I solicited nine bids, and though their estimate was not the lowest, I felt confident in my decision. From my first contact with JM to the conclusion of the installation they knocked the ball out of the park. They left no doubt in my mind that I was a valued customer, and never once tried to dumb me down (other’s did). Their follow-up after contracting was smart and encouraging. By the time their installation team arrived I knew that I would be delighted with every aspect of their work. Also, I’m no stranger to tools and was pleased to see how well they handled theirs. I felt good through the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend their work and validate their heightened customer sensitivity, especially when it came to respecting my home and my questions. They honored every single commitment that they made. Most importantly, I was left thinking that JM is a company that values its employees, is concerned about their safety, and makes sure to field highly-trained and talented workers.
