i haven't used their chimney sweep service, but they took the time to call me back after i left a message, which most companies don't bother with. even though they don't cover my neighborhood in Arlington, they still gave me five other referrals to help me find the right chimney cleaning team. the owners are certified for gas fireplace work too, so they really know what they're doing. i appreciated the friendly and helpful service, even though they couldn't sweep my chimney this time.
