Installed water heater and replaced gas valve for a very reasonable price. Contacted them at 8:30am and they were at my house doing the work by 11:30am. They did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely refer them to others and use again.

I recently hired i4 Improvements for a complete gut renovation of a large townhouse. Going into this project not knowing much about renovations, I needed to work with someone who I could rely on and trust. Vaibhav was just the right person for this. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Vaibhav instilled confidence in me, keeping me informed about everything, coming up with innovative solutions when we hit roadblocks, providing transparency around pricing, tearing down and redoing things I didn’t like, and ensuring highest quality of work.

But this review is not only for Vaibhav. His entire team was great. From the framers to the tiling guys, electrician to the carpenters, painters to masonry guys, everyone was amazing. They were all genuinely nice people and wanted to do a good quality work. Also, pretty much almost everyone working on my house worked for i4 and were not subcontracted. This meant that work got done faster and with more flexibility.

Do yourself favor and hire i4 Improvements for your next project, no matter how big or small.

When I first spoke with Sharma on the phone, he listened to my needs, made suggestions and explained options, and then he listened again to my responses. He didn't barrel over me and he didn't tell me what I should do, he was polite and respectful and made sure I knew what my options were. He was transparent with everything, from the cost of the equipment to the warranties, to the time it would take to get the work done. And in the end, he went the extra mile to get the equipment sourced at a better price, in a faster time-frame, and he had the work done the very next day (even though we thought it might take a week to get the equipment!).
His team arrived after a slight delay due to the supplier, but we were kept informed and when they arrived they got right to work. The gentlemen were respectful, they kept their work area clean, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they got it done properly and within the time they had given us.
Sharma and his team did an exemplary job with our task, replacing a hot water heater that was rusted and unwilling to continue its job. Although this wasn't a complicated task, it was done well, and I would not hesitate to work with Sharma and his team again. He clearly treated us like family, despite this being the first time we've worked together.

i4 Improvements just replaced my water heater with a tankless system and also replaced my sump pump. The owner, Sharma, was amazingly helpful and informative throughout the process. Never tried to push anything we didn't need or want. The installation crew was professional and equally helpful. The completed project was flawless. I couldn't have asked for anything more. A very positive experience.

I found i4 improvements on the Bradford White website in their contractor directory. Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Mr. Sharma called me in a timely manner, came through with the lowest quote (and materially lower than several local, more well known plumbing groups). We had his team do the installation a day later. On top of that, they also replaced a lot of the older plumbing work surrounding the water heater, and replaced the valve / fixtures on an adjacent shower at the same time. The new water heater is blazing hot and shower works great. Terrific job!
