Vaibhav Sharma and his team replaced our gas water heater today. The whole process from getting the quote on the phone, to installation of the new water heater took just 2 days. His quote was very reasonable, and installation was very smooth. The crew was very courteous and did an excellent job of leaving the place very clean. I will definitely recommend him for your home improvement needs.

Sharma was one of the most honest and respectful contractors I ever came across. I reached out to replace my water heater to Tankless. After receiving several quotes, Sharma was the most reasonable in price and most responsive. As I was comparing Navian vs Rinnai, I almost decided to go with Navian due to the amount of contractors that recommended it, however I did my own research and shows that Navian has a long history of a Check Valve issue that fails within the first year. Rinnai didn't have that. You also want to find someone that is trained and considered a Rinnai pro. Sharma is one of them but what set him apart from the rest besides the prices was his character and professionalism

Sharma and his team were amazing! Very communicative throughout my project, from estimate to scheduling. Very knowledgeable and competitively priced for plumbing and electrical service. Plus it's nice to work with a small business owner rather than the private equity sellouts that saturate the market (ARS, Michael & Sons, etc.....) The install of my electric tankless water heater was flawless and I could not be happier that I chose i4 Improvements.

Fantastic experience all around. After making an inquiry about a tankless water heater installation, Sharma immediately responded to me over the phone and then came over the next day to assess and provide a quote. Communication was clear and the pricing was very fair (less than half what a large, reputable company quoted!). After accepting, the job was scheduled for one day later and the installation was perfect. Clarity, customer service, quality work and fair pricing. Exactly what you want in a contractor. We had a great experience with i4 for a last minute job to take out our water heater and fix the dry wall in a very small space and put back the water heater. They arrived quickly and finished promptly. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and careful to do the repair while limiting any mess or other damage. Despite cold, snowy weather, everyone was respectful of other spaces they were walking through and kept everything so clean. The service was also priced very competitively and we were able to trust their recommendations and opinions. We will definitely use them in the future for other work.

Sharma has a great professional team that gets the job done with worry free tankless water heater replacement including hauling away the old bulky traditional water heater. He also suggested lot of options for the filtration systems and explained all the pros and cons of multiple systems in the market with detailed analysis. Best value for money and excellent service. Sharma and his team are great. After moving in to a new condo with water heater issues, his team came out quickly and removed the water heater and replaced it with a new gas tankless water heater. Sharma recommended a few different options given my limited space, and was able to quickly schedule the install. About a month later, I ran into an issue with the water heater after a different contractor was working in a different area of the house. Sharma came out, diagnosed the problem instantly, and then came back to ensure that everything was working properly - free of charge. I 100% recommend i4 Improvements.

We are residential, but need a lot of hot water. i4 only does water heaters, so in consultation with Sharma we chose a Bradford-White light commercial 80 gallon unit after being very dissatisfied with our 3 year old Rheem, still under warranty, that had continuing issues, and a useless warranty as no one wanted to work on it. Upon initial installation the Bradford-White had an issue, I believe because it was a commercial unit installed in a residence. Bradford-White had made a tweak to the installation of the unit in a residential setting, but neglected to inform its installers. Sharma was determined to solve the problem, and did, even working in the evening to track down what was causing the issue. I have nothing but praise for Sharma and for the two men who did the installation in a quick and very professional way. I absolutely and whole heartedly recommend i4.
