Professional goal post movers that cannot complete a job. This developer is frugal, extremely slow, very difficult to deal with, callous, highly misleading and not afraid to stick you over with a bad deal that will cost you a lot of money. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have internal funding issues and a dismal reputation amongst general contractors that even say you should stay away. Enter at your own risk with this company - you have been forewarned.

Would not EVER do business with these guys again. I purchased a condo in their latest development and was extremely disappointed in my experience. They were about 2.5 years late on delivery and when they did deliver, the quality of construction was poor for what they marketed as a "luxury property" (thin walls, issues with plumbing and other infrastructure, etc.). They also did not deliver on the appliances they promised. I was expecting an upgraded Kitchenaid dishwasher and they delivered a Whirlpool. When I brought it up, they did not look to fix this pointing to an item number on an invoice when the picture in the brochure used to market appliances clearly showed the Kitchenaid...thus, my appliances don't match.
