Our experiences with Junk Shot as a Property Management was a Quilty service. Their communication, punctuality, & professionalism met our expectations.

Team completed the trash removal as requested, the disptach and customer service need to be hauled off as well. Its been a week I dont an invoice as promised twice and Gabriel with customer service continues to feed me lies about speaking with management. Will not use these guys again.

Our HOA uses them to pick up trash regularly, and they often miss the pick up date and fail to come pick up the trash until the next date. I contacted them and let them know our displeasure and received a very rude, aggressive email from Sean, who I assume is a manager or owner. I wouldn't recommend anyone use their service

After I purchased a new property in the northern Virginia area, I started to call around to a few companies to haul away the junk inside. Junk shot came in with a quote that was the cheapest and the biggest truck to my surprise, even bigger than college hunks hauling junk!
