When our basement got flooded, we had to pull up a portion of the carpet and remove the underlay. After we'd cleaned up, a colleague suggested that I should ring Donald. I'm glad I listened. He responded promptly and expertly replaced the underlay and re-fitted the carpet exactly as it was before. However, the carpet detached from the original metal trim after the repair. Donald then sent his assistant, Jack, who replaced all three old metal strips and re-adjusted the carpet, all without any additional cost. I'll definitely be a loyal client for all my carpet needs moving forward. The worth of a firm is determined by how they rectify a problem, and this Arlington based one is a top-notch service. I would strongly endorse them and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing carpet assistance.

First thing this morning, I saw the ad for Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning and decided to give them a call to freshen up my carpets. They were at my doorstep in Arlington within 45 minutes. The whole carpet cleaning process was completed in about 40-50 minutes and I can't put into words how thrilled I am with the results. My carpet looks as good as new! Based on the advice of their professional, Donald, I plan to get back in touch with them in about 4-5 months for another round of cleaning.

The carpet cleaning service provided by Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning was both comprehensive and efficient. Although Jack did suggest additional services more than once, we understand his intention was to provide us with the best options. Our annual carpet cleaning service is quite sufficient for our needs in Arlington. Aside from that, we're generally quite satisfied.
