Douglas was the best! I have never hired professional carpet cleaners before, but it was being required as a part of my move-out process. I signed up for the 12-4pm arrival window and he called about half an hour before arriving (as requested) and was able to start right at 12. He was so patient and informative, and talked me through everything he would be doing and other. He was done in around 2 hours and was also able to remove a large stain (pictured) that was actually left by a previous tenant which we were not able to remove ourselves. Overall, it was a very smooth experience. Thank you, Douglas!!

Cleaning was fine but they didn’t come at the scheduled time for the follow up and were impossible to reach (got a message that the company voicemail box was full).

Just moved into my new apartment. It was impossible for me to clean it to a move-in condition. After their service it was great! I called them in after I moved in too.

They just left my apartment.. and here is some details; they were fast and detailed. And also they cleaned inside of my oven. Im satisfied by the service… I already booked for next week also

I had cleaning service from Blue Maids after summer season is over. They are really professional and so fast. Overall, I strongly recommend Blue Maids if you look for good service!

Booked online. Got several confirmation emails, but then no one showed up! When I called, all the different numbers on the different sites said that no voice mailbox had been set up or could not be completed as dialed! This left me needing to book a same-day move out cleaning! Terrible! DO NOT USE!!!!

I used Blue Maids before showing my house and after the sale of the house. They did an excellent job. I didn't notice how many dust bunnies etc. can collect over time until I was in the midst of moving. After Blue Maids was done cleaning the house was absolutely pristine. I would definitely recommend. The owner's response time was fast which made coordinating days to clean easy.
