Highly responsive and professional and developed a personalized quote for me. Their service was excellent as well & they did an amazing job, especially with stains I thought would be very hard to get rid of. They also took the time to explain to me how best to treat future stains, which I really appreciated. I'll now be using only Costina carpet Cleaning for my carpet steam cleaning.

These guys have the most amazing service; they are very friendly, respectful, and professional! I called them today as my daughter put RED lipstick all over my carpet, and they arrived within 20 minutes!!! They have done an absolute FANTASTIC JOB. My rug turned out amazing. It has leather stripes through it, and they assured me it would be good, but the results speak for themselves. Wonderful job. Professional service will use them again. Short booking window, they were available the day after I contacted them.
Also due to the leather through the rug other companies told me they could not do the job, so I was even more impressed.

I recently had my carpets cleaned and was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the service that was provided. I felt looked after and could see that great care was taken with my furniture and flooring. They even provided shoe covers for us and placed plastic squares under the legs of the wooden furniture to prevent any residue moisture being absorbed. My carpet looks and feels great. I wish I had done it sooner.
