I have been coming here for 21 years. Charlene and Tien are great neighbors, highly ethical and they do great work. It is unbelievable to me how they can remember everyone's name - even if you haven't been in months.

They have great attention to detail and they will do their very best to get stains out. They will also tell you when to give up and save money.

Even though they aren't on my way, I will make an extra trip to see them.

A long while ago, the positive reviews convinced me to give Old Dominion Cleaners a try. They did a decent job laundering my dress shirts except one whose collar rings didn't come out. They said nothing could be done. When I asked their laundering method since this wasn't an issue with other cleaners, they said they use only cold water since warm water can damage clothes. We take our weekly pile of dress shirts and other clothes to another local cleaner with no issues. I haven't looked back.

Love the service here! My wife brought in her wedding dress to this location for repair and preservation. They did a fantastic job with everything, so now we have this amazing keepsake. My wife even had them put the veil in a "memories" box, since it was her favorite part of her dress, and the box is a nice, functional for storage but still having a window keepsake.

Went there for the first time and they did a great job with my suits. Priced fair and the guy was super nice and remembered me when I walked in to collect my stuff. I would surely retrun.

Best dry cleaner in the area! Charlene is amazing and so nice. We always have a little conversation when I stop by. She remembers everyone’s name. She also decorates the walls with her photographs from her home country of Vietnam.

When I first moved to Arlington I tried a few other cleaners that outsource the work and are really just a front. I looked at online reviews and found Old Dominion and I haven’t turned back since! They do all of their cleaning on-site. Charlene even helped make some recommendations on how to get my shirts done with no starch so that they last longer. They have also sewed on a number of buttons for me that I didn’t feel like doing on my own. My shirts and suits come out great. The location is a little difficult to get to at the intersection but it’s well worth it.

This is a quality family-run dry cleaning business. The owners are honest and friendly. I’ve been using them for about 5 years. Very reasonable rates compared to other places as well. If you want to support a small business run by good people, go here.

It was really fast and yet so effective. My carpet is always clean but I had some stains from shoes coming in and out of the house. Also some dog hair that my vacuum couldn't pull out. DOS carpet cleaning took everything out and left my house smelling so clean and fresh. I love coming home to the smell of a clean environment. The fact that they use orgaic products is just a bonus. I definitely recommend them and will call their services in the near future.

I've had several dresses cleaned here, and two skirts altered (sized down). They did a great job, and the prices were reasonable.

Do not trust Gateway Cleaners with your clothing! They ruined my new sweater — shrank it. They provided a refund — by taking it back to the retailer where I bought it. However, Gateway Cleaners was responsible for ruining it, not the retailer where it was purchased. While they made the effort to compensate me, they shifted the burden to the retailer. A second failure. Avoid this place!

I brought my expensive down comforter here and they sent it out to get cleaned. It did not come back on time which I was not notified about (I luckily happened to call when I was already on the way and they told me it wasn’t there yet).

When I picked up my comforter it was DAMP, MUSTY, had a BAD ODOR, NEW STAIN, and the worst part of it all the FEATHERS were RUINED. The feathers clumped up in the squares and when I asked for a refund they were very uncooperative and wanted me to drive all the way back to them to get it looked at. Just an overall terrible experience.

Got my 5 pants hemmed and altered. Asked if I can get them within 48 hours, the lady said it's feasible, but no guarantee. She gave me a call the next day at 5pm that they were ready. They sure did expedite the process! Additionally, they came out beyond my expectations. I'm highly content with the results.

I've been getting my shirts and suits cleaned here for the past few months. I'm happy with the service I have received and the prices are reasonable. I have not had any alterations done here but the dry cleaning is pretty good in my experice. I work in the building so it's very convenient for same day drop off and pick up.

The customer service here was good. I received my clothing within the time that I was told I would. I don't like that there aren't any clearly defined prices listed anywhere. I had to turn my items in and wait to be called the next day with what the prices would be. I never did get a call but got the price when I picked up my clothing. I had one dress and a pair of pants that needed to be cleaned and have the zipper fixed and paid for $100 so it really is expensive. I had an issue with the pants where the zipper broke the first time I put them on after getting them fixed. They did end up fixing the pants again at no cost to me though. I don't know that I will come back just because those two items were so expensive, and the prices are a mystery.

Started with gutter cleaning , deck area, and on the end they cleaned pool. Everting was beyond any expectation. Ill hire them again next year for sure.
