I was very happy with the service provided. Marco is responsive and it was very easy to book an appointment right away. Marco and the team showed up on time and did a very thorough and nice job removing all visible stains from my wall-to-wall carpeting in basement. The price was more than fair also. I would not hesitate to use his company again.

Marco did a wonderful job cleaning the runner on our stairs and was both timely and communicative. The dog smell left by the previous owner is finally gone! Don’t hesitant in hiring them.

I can’t recommend Marco enough for carpet cleaning. He is by far the easiest to work with, so professional, and kind. I scheduled him for a move out clean only to have to reschedule him again two more times due to unforeseen blocks. He was so flexible and worked with me each time. Carpets looked great and were done in a timely manner. I’d recommend him to anyone!!!

Bermon Carpet Cleaning was a lifesaver for us—professional, friendly and reasonably priced. We gave them a wool area rug with a LOT of pet stains on it and they picked it up themselves and returned it in perfect condition with no visible stains or residual odors. We were not optimistic this could be done, but they did it! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for the personal touch and professionalism of an expert small business.

Marco did a fantastic job with our carpets! He was able to remove a few stubborn spots that had been bothering us since we moved in, and everything looks so much fresher and cleaner. Really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend his services.

Where to even begin! I never ever leave reviews for things because frankly I am lazy, but Marco absolutely went above and beyond. I spent some of my first real adult money on a beautiful wool rug in an off-white shade. I’m also a fiber artist, and when working with one of my pieces managed to get orange dye all over the rug which soaked right in because of how porous wool is. Devastated, I tried everything to remove it and ended up making it SO MUCH WORSE. I called Marco, and he came to pick it up the same day. Was clear and honest with me and set the expectation that he was going to try his best, but dye is hard to remove and I’d made the stain more resistant to his treatments by saturating it with other chemicals. I told him whatever he could do was good enough and that I trusted him.

Fast forward to 10 days later, the end of the time frame he gave me, he called me and let me know the stain was being incredibly stubborn and he wanted to know if he could work on it for a couple more days. He said that after 20 years of doing this work, he hardly ever gets a challenge anymore and wanted to learn something new so that he could expand his knowledge of his craft. Of course I said “Go for it!”. approx 2 weeks after he took my orange stained rug away, he returned it and it looks amazing. There is a tiny amount of tonal variation if you know where to look, but he really did an incredible job given what he was up against (freaking synthetic ORANGE DYE on a white wool carpet!!!) Professional, kind, and incredibly hard-working.

Cannot recommend him enough!!!
