I've been a customer of Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning for about 40 years now because they have always been professional and always do a good job. Office staff and technicians have always been courteous and professional. All of the techs that have come to service the heater and AC unit have answered questions clearly and in clear terms. I wish all service companies could be like this.

I've been using Arlington Heating and Air conditioner for over two decades. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. I've had many technicians over the years. All of them have been excellent. We now have Martin and he's a delightful young man and very skillful.

We are 34 year customers of Arl Heat & Cooling, having had them replace our furnace, air conditioner unit, and hot water heater. We have twice-yearly-visit AC and furnace service contract to that ensure the systems run efficiently. The service techs are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and take care to keep our home clean when they are here. The prices are fair and the equipment is high quality. Office staff are always pleasant and helpful and work to get techs out asap when there is an emergency (such as the no hot water issue when the heater needed a replacement at the end of its life). We recommend this company without reservation!
