Roofing & Gutters reviews in Arlington, Virginia

Jason and his entire team are OUTSTANDING! Jason is very professional, reliable, and took the time to walk us through the project from start to finish.
The team showed up on time and made sure the work site was clean at the end of each work day.
If you need roofing work, these are the people you should hire.

Jason and his team completed a full re-roofing - including chimney repair and gutter replacement - on on of our properties, and roof repairs on a second. He was always responsive, provided a competitive price, and met his proposed schedule. His Real1Construction team was thoroughly professional, did quality work, and ensured our properties were cleared of all debris upon completion. As a measure of their thoroughness, they shingled a small basement door overhang to be sure it looked fresh and like the main roof, even though it was not part of our agreed Statement of Work.

They put on my roof and it’s exactly what I wanted. Jason went above and beyond to work with the insurance company to make sure I was compensated fairly and even got something covered that we didn’t think would be because he knew the city codes. He responds promptly. Overall I feel really lucky I found a great roofer. He’s someone I felt I could trust.

I had anoutstanding experence with Jason and the Real 1 team. I own a rental property in Dumfries and I live in Italy.
Jason was able coordinate with my insurance company, my difficult renter and provide clear and concise information about the process, the schedule, the products and warranty registration.

Unfortunately, we had roof leaks ( Not even a Year after having it fully replaced). I called old company back .
They came out several times with no permanent fix!

You can Imagine how relieved We were to find these .. "Real Professionals "!!

They took videos while on the roof...
to show us exactly What was wrong.
The owner explained personally what needed to be done to fix our issues!

We were also given a breakdown of how much everything would cost prior to starting the Job!

I very much appreciated
that the Owner ( Jason) again, showed videos of the Final work!
It was Obvious to me, that he takes Great Pride in a Job well done!

Amazing! 😊

Very satisfied with his job replacing my roof. Jason is a professional and honest.

I have used Real 1 Construction to replace my roof and also some exterior trim work. They are very professional and scheduling is convenient. Other companies wanted to schedule the roof replacement months out, but Jason and his team did it a few days after talking with them. They replaced it in 2019 and I have had 0 issues.

Jason was very responsive. He communicated well. The work was great. We will continue to use Real1Construction.

Jason and crew were fantastic. The crew were courteous and professional, leaving the roof and area better than they found them. Jason, for his part, was transparent through every step of the process, going out of his way to explain every aspect of the work and the related costs. The work was tested within 48 hours when we had a major rainstorm, and the work held up perfectly - which Jason knows, because he called immediately afterwards to check in. Would absolutely recommend.

I was so tired of stressing every time it rained. Jason didn’t just fix the roof he gave me peace of mind. He took his time and the difference shows. No leaks or mess just solid work from someone who genuinely cares

Real1Construction did a great job replacing our windows. Everything was handled in a very professional, precise and organized manner. The estimate we received was very thorough and detailed, explaining everything that would be done and what the cost of each line item would be. Follow up was prompt, customer service great, and the work was completed in less than a day. Highly recommend !!

Jason was great to work with. Hi roof team and gutter team were also great. Real1Construction is the type of company that leaves you happy with their products and services. The company worked with us and our insurance company to make the project affordable, while providing high quality parts and experienced installers. The company is also community focused too, so if you want to support local, they are the company to use.

Real1 did a fantastic job replacing my entire roof after it was damaged during the recent storms. They worked with my Insurance company to more accurately assess the damage to my roof. They help me select the appropriate shingles and their crew was professional, very skilled, and did an excellent job. After the last payment. They still came by and did touchups to make sure the job was absolutely perfect. Jason Osorio, the owner, was personally involved in all details and provided excellent customer service. Don’t often reviews, but highly recommend. Real1.

Jason and team worked on our home in Haymarket. Since we leave in an area with high winds and tails, we decided to wait about six months to see how their work would hold up. It has been excellent so far. They did an outstanding job during replacement of our roof. They truly went beyond expectations (fixed a dangling panel above my daughter bedroom on top of the main roof with very solid materials - we did our research, all at a good price). I strongly recommend this company for any roof work.

Excellent customer. The contractor carefully followed the customer’s requirements and provided outstanding work delivery.

Jason and his team are amazing. I had some of my gutters upgraded and while making the quote, he noticed some hail damage on my roof. He worked with me for MONTHS to make a home insurance claim (called them, met with adjusters, etc.). In the end, I just had the gutters upgraded and a small roof repair done, but he was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He was reasonably priced for the job and the amount of time he spent on it. I even had a leak in my basement during the hard rains and my husband had some yahoos come out for quotes. I didn't trust them. I called Jason and he looked over the quotes for me and gave me a good opinion. He even had some ideas if it happens again. He and his team are professional, proactive, honest, upstanding young men. I have complete and utter trust in them. The did a great job professionally and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. If you're a home owner and have work to be done, CALL THIS COMPANY! I cannot brag on them enough! I would highly recommend them for any job you might have.

I called Real 1 Construction for some repairs to my gutter. Jason came out promptly on time to look at my gutter. We (I) decided to have the gutter replaced instead with a larger 6 inch one. His price was comparable to others that I had been quoted. I went ahead with Jason’s company because he was transparent and not at all pushy. When the workers came they were compleat and professional. I will recommend Real 1 Construction to anyone.

Real 1 Construction exceeded my expectations in the service and quality of their work. Jason and his team are true professionals. They responded promptly and installed my new roof quickly after assessing the storm damage. Jason also worked closely with my insurance company and made sure the roof claim process was handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Jason and Real 1 Construction for all your roofing needs!!

The experience we've had doing business with Real 1 construction has been nothing but wonderful. Jason and Manny are amazing people. Communication and customer service was superb. We were briefed with everything we need to know and what to expect all throughout. Jason was highly qualified and was very professional and patient in explaining the process of what we can expect during the work. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we definitely highly recommend Real 1 construction to anyone needing any roofing or service."

Believe the hype/other reviews! Jason and his team are first class! Excellent price, communication, work ethic, trustworthiness, friendliness....I could just go on and on. And yes, I bothered to get additional quotes. Save yourself some time and go with Real Construction.

Jason was very timely and professional. I needed new gutters and a roof vent installed. Jason did a free roof inspection for me too. What I really appreciated was after his inspection is he didn't try to "milk" me for more work to get done. It's hard to find folks with that kind of integrity any more. I definitely recommend Real1Construcrion to anyone who needs roof or gutter work done.
